SALON DD

My personal experience with Miss D is that I found her and her assistant to be a delight! She's efficient and very detail oriented. Newcomers should be aware that she's direct and professional but isn't afraid to speak her mind. We exchanged pleasant conversation, which brought up the topic of her running the business for years, and it shows. If it seems like she talks a lot, that's just her being accommodating and trying to establish rapport. Coming from a similar Asian background, she reminds me a lot of my mom, who also goes to her for services. I digress that a lot of chitchat may seem intrusive, but that's simply how many women from southeast Asian cultures act. We like to talk and exchange opinions, and we're very curious about customers. Salon DD may not be for everyone, but they really care about giving you a quality experience that will make you feel beautiful!

Prompt, listens, and executes well. I've been through countless hair salons, but Salon DD has been one of the best cuts I've had. I have very strong straight black hair. Not easy to work with. I prefaced what I wanted and Miss D cut my hair in less than 15 minutes and gave me what I asked for. Very kind woman and will be back again!

What a great experience. Who would know such a small place can have so much talent. My only complaint is that since she is involved with every client, it is hard to just go in with out an appointment. But the care she puts in her clients is immense. Love how she remembers me and still knows what we talked about the last time I was there. It makes me feel like a good friend is cutting my hair, rather then some random person who is only there to get you in then out. Coming here is the best choice I mad in a long time. Every place I go only have people that have no idea how to cut my hair. The different usages of techniques she used on my hair was eye opening. Most place I been to use a clipper and a trimmer on my hair. I was never there more then 10 minutes. But at DD's she dedicates all 30 minutes to me and my hair. From the meticulous hair cut to the gentle hair wash after then the styling after. She really knows what she is doing. I can always trust her with my hair and is now the only person I let cut my hair.

I didn’t know what to expect since it was my first time here but DD is great! She cut off all of my hair that was dried-out from previous bleaching sessions and my new haircut looks so good! It looks so natural too, it doesn’t look like I had just gotten my hair cut.

A little nice, but personally did not have a good experience, and owner seems to want to argue with people giving out reviews instead of taking some criticism. She seems to get along with regulars so good for her. Not my cup of tea, but maybe it's yours.

I have been going to Salon DD for about 7 years. DD and her staff are the best, as long as she's in business I will go there. I have naturally thinning hear and no one can make my hair look better than DD. Amazing shop DD!

This hair salon has to be my worst experience ever. If you need to get a hair color would not recommend this place. DD was the one who did my hair and she absolutely doesn't know what shes doing charged me $130.00 just for a touched up. I was really disappointed she said she would blend in the color with my highlights guess what happened to my hair, roots have different shade than the rest of my hair. This hair salon doesn't deserve to have 5 stars..Now I have to go to another salon to get it fixed! I should get my money back for the damaged she have done to my hair..Would not recommend this place and she talks too much, she’s not focus on what shes doing.
