Spencer is a hair styling artist! You will not be "fighting" his haircuts, my hair just falls into place after Spencer cuts it. You will leave the salon with a put together look every time, because Spencer is careful about details and he is a good listener. Spencer does an excellent job. He is knowledgeable and experienced. He will try to make my style the way I like. If he can see it is not a good fit, he will let me KNOW . I appreciate his honesty and his care to provide the happiest of outcomes. I also have a ton of fun during my visits. I highly recommend.

I take my 13 and 10 year old to see Spencer. They won’t go anywhere else. He listens and understands their hair texture. He asks questions to them and involves them in the process. He does a great job.

From the moment I walked in, the friendly atmosphere puts me at ease every time. I’ve been going to Spencer for over a year now and he never disappoints. He is not only skilled but also takes the time to understand exactly what I want each time.

I booked same day blowouts for my sister and me as first time clients. My sister asked about doing a dry style since her hair was freshly washed. And I got a wash+ style. It wasn’t explained that this isn’t a separate menu option and that washes are included in the service. Dry style is not an option at this salon. We were charged the same price without that being communicated upfront. When I raised this, neither the stylist nor the manager apologized or took ownership. They were rude. I was definitely not asking for a refund, I was just explaining how this wasn’t clear especially since we walked in and discussed our different services. The lack of clear communication and customer care was disappointing.
