I am slowly changing my hair to blend with my natural, salt and pepper color in my 50s. Claudia has been taking the more golden blonde and brown and lightening it to the more ashy light blonde/grayish blond. It is blending wonderfully! The color and cut have made this transition easy. I receive compliments daily about how good it looks. Going natural was a hard decision, but Claudia has made it effortless. She is personable, very talented, and genuinely cares about her clients.

From the front desk all the way to leadership, I’m impressed with every visit! I highly recommend this location if your looking for a first class salon experience!

Normally hair salons make me feel like a loser walking into the lunchroom with nowhere to sit, but all of the girls at the Glam Room South are so sweet and make you feel welcome. Upon walking in, someone takes your coat and offers you something to drink. You always get a nice scalp massage at the bowl. This place is great.

Love The Glam Room! My girl, Kelsi, has never let me down. Her ability to color match exactly what I want for a gloss is insane. She has helped me so much the last year and a half on my healthy hair journey. Love, love, love

I have been going to Nicole for years and will continue to do so. She listens to exactly what you would like and I have always been extremely pleased in how my hair turns out. She also offers suggestions based on your hair type and is so knowledgeable on products that are suitable for your own hair. Thx Nicole!

I have been going to Glam Room South for several years and have been pleased with my cut and color. However, I called on a Saturday evening while the salon was still open to cancel an appointment for the following week. I had the most unprofessional experience. I called three different times to cancel and each time was met with laughter and "silly voices" by the receptionist who answered, like it was a joke. After about 10 seconds of giggling and silliness they hung up. I never did get to cancel my appointment. This is so unprofessional for a place I spend hundreds of dollars at each visit. I will not be returning to Glam Room South.

I have gone to this salon many times to get haircuts with the same stylist and have loved it. This time sadly I wasn’t a fan. I scheduled an appointment with Sarah for a cut and highlights and was just unhappy with the level of treatment I got, how rushed I was and how my hair looked. She constantly kept turning down what I was wanting to do and told me it was better to do it her way. She talked about how she double books and is pretty busy so it was better to get on her books sooner. I felt rushed the entire appointment and didn’t even get my hair styled because "she was already behind". I came home to find that my bangs were lopsided and instead of layers she gave me chops around my hair that just look so uneven. I’m so disappointed with this stylist. Now I have to go spend more money on top of the 200 I already spent there just to fix my hair. I don’t not recommend this stylist to anyone I appreciate the glam room for reaching out and trying to fix my experience and make it better!
