Gabby is the best! She listened to me describe what I wanted. She also showed me how my hair was naturally curly! I never knew how versatile my styles can be. I loved our conversations, so personable and inviting. I felt like a beauty queen.

I have had a few cuts with Gabbi and appreciate and love the style each time. When I came in for hair color, she went above and beyond to ensure the bleach did not harm my hair, foiled extra for more color, and took extra time to get hair as light as possible and used the perfect natural color to blend. Thank you for everything Gabbi!

I’ve been coming to Paisley & Stripe for ages. I’ve seen a handful of stylists over the years and they’ve all been great. Aaliyah’s been doing my hair for a few years now and she gets it right every time. She communicates well, asks clarifying questions, checks in about length during a bank trim. She’s great. I often want to do something different and she’s game for all of it. Never talks me into or out of something but guides me to the best move for me, my hair, and my maintenance plan. Love coming here, my mom comes here, and I would absolutely recommend P&S to anyone looking for a safe space salon with lots of talent and good vibes.

I absolutely love coming here for my hair! Gabbi is amazing. I came here with hair I had never colored and knew I wanted red. Dark red. She worked with me in picking the shade and explained the process to me. I’ve been going back ever since and it’s been nearly a year. Definitely recommend!!

I’ve been going to this salon for the past 6 years and always had a great experience until recently. I’m writing this review not so much because my hair results from the last two visits were disappointing (not what I asked for) but because of how the salon chose to resolve the feedback I provided. My last two appointments have been with the same stylist, Colton (nice and friendly). I switched to him when my previous stylist moved away. Unfortunately I left both appointments feeling disappointed in my hair. Part of this may be my fault for returning to the same stylist after not liking my hair the first time but I chalked that up to maybe it being miscommunication on my end. The second time I showed multiple pictures of what I wanted (color/tone/style) so I knew it wasn’t me. I debated on whether or not to contact the salon to let them know about my service but considering I paid $300 (including tip) and was so unhappy with the results I thought I would let them know. I wasn’t expecting anything, just wanted to bring it to their attention. I spoke to Jade on the phone, super nice and apologetic, who refunded me $150 which I greatly appreciated. I was pleased with that resolution and thought that was the end of it. However… an hour later, Jade called me back to tell me that after talking with the owner and stylist they thought it best for me to find a new salon. I’m not sure what happened during that conversation or what was said but I was in shock and totally blind sided by this decision. Again I had been going to this salon for several years with no issues; I show up on time, never rude, engage in conversation and always tip so I truly have no understanding as to why this was the best response to my feedback. Long story long, if you don’t like your hair and choose to provide feedback don’t bother, they won’t care. This salon can’t take criticism and won’t take ownership of their stylists work. And they definitely don’t care about their customers. Please look at these pictures and tell me you think this is a $300 hair style

I can’t believe I haven’t shared how much I love this place! I’ve had my hair done by Mel and Jen and had fantastic experiences. You definitely get what you pay for here. If you want a cheap hair cut without all the training and expertise they have at P&S, don’t come here. They have great products available but they aren’t pushy with them. I won’t go anywhere else unless I move!

I've gotten my hair cut here 3 times now and will continue to do so! The staff are all very friendly and talented. Maddi/Madeline cuts my hair and does a wonderful job with the wash, cut, and style. I have been getting a bob cut the last couple of times which I know requires more precision. Maddi is very skilled and delivers exactly what I ask for. It's affordable but I feel very pampered whenever I go. They have a menu of complimentary drinks as well which is a lovely touch. Highly recommend if you are in search of a new hair stylist.
