I’ve been going to Sandy for over two years and always trusted her with my hair, which makes this experience even more disappointing. On September 23, 2025, I paid for a Japanese straightening that was supposed to leave my hair smooth and straight when air-dried. Instead, my hair was left with uneven texture — wavy and curly pieces throughout that caused tangling and frizz. When I brought this to her attention, rather than acknowledging the issue, she gaslit me into believing I had dried my hair incorrectly. She refused to redo or correct the service, claiming it wasn’t her fault. Instead, she had me come back in and gave me a completely different haircut than what I requested — one that was overly thinned out, uneven, and nothing like the reference I showed her. I reached out again afterward, sent multiple photos, and explained how unhappy I was, but she completely ignored me and left my messages on read. I’ve been a loyal client for years, and to be treated this way — without any empathy, accountability, or effort to make things right — is honestly heartbreaking. I ended up having to spend $300 on a wig to cover the damage and file a dispute with my bank since she refused to respond or refund me. Clients deserve honesty and care, especially when something goes wrong. This experience showed me that Sandy is unwilling to take responsibility, and I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone looking for professionalism or integrity.

I drive all the way from Ocala, FL to see Sandy. This is my third time getting a Japanese Hair Straightening Treatment from her, and I couldn’t be happier with the service, professionalism, and final results. Sandy is the best at what she does—such a kind and meticulous lady. She’s very careful and does her work to perfection. The price is very reasonable, the place is clean, and the experience is always worth it. Highly recommended!

Sandy is the best! I’ve been coming to her for years for a spiral perm and she does such an amazing job every time! She is friendly, fast, gentle and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!

To anyone wanting to get this treatment done, definitely go to Sandy! She is amazing at what she does! I’ve gone to her twice for my treatment and for my touch up! My hair has never looked so good! Even with tradition relaxers! The process might be long but the results are to die for! Can’t wait to see what my next touchup looks like in 6 months!

This was one of the "WORST "experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve traveled around the world and met people from all walks of life, but I have never encountered someone so rude, unprofessional, and openly racist. She told me, "I don’t want new clients," and treated me with clear disrespect and hostility. Her behavior and attitude made me feel extremely unwelcome. She goes by "Sandy," but her real name is "Miyoung," which also felt misleading. No one deserves to be treated this way. I strongly advise others not to visit her for any service — her conduct was completely unacceptable

Have been going to Sandy for 3 years now. She is so sweet and fun to talk to. Got Japanese hair straightening. The process is around 3-4 hours so I appreciate her for working with me and making my hair look silky smooth. BOOK WITH HER!!! Amazing.
