Took my son in for a haircut the stylist butchered his hair! It was uneven and choppy in the back. Way too expensive for the quality of work. Called the salon and asked if we could go back to have her fix it but she was "booked" for the rest of the day. They offered another appointment day and time but at this point I’m over it. I want to thank the salon for reaching out to me regarding my review! They did set us up with a different stylist who fixed my son’s hair , she did an excellent job! Thank you again we appreciate it!

Sabrina- is so talented, just a few months ago I was brunette and wanted to go blonde. She exceeded my expectations and my hair still feels so healthy and I am always so happy with the results. She is such a talented stylist and one of the sweetest people I’ve got to know.

Edited: I did add to at the end this review after speaking with the owner. I am beyond disappointed with my experience here. I spent months researching salons and specifically chose this location and paid extra for a "Designer Stylist" expecting high-quality service from an experienced stylist. Instead, I received a rushed, unprofessional experience that left me in tears before a special family event. My appointment was at 9:00. I arrived at 8:55 and my stylist did not come to me until 9:15 and that was after I asked the receptionist if my appointment was indeed at 9:00 and they had paged her again. The wash was poorly done and I did not receive a scalp massage. The most insulting part was the attempt to avoid styling my long, thick hair: the stylist told me about an expensive $200 oil treatment and said she’d put it on my hair and "wouldn't charge me," but the catch was that she then could not use any heat on my hair. It was a transparent tactic to get out of the time-consuming task of blow-drying and styling my hair. Despite telling her multiple times I needed it styled for a special event that evening, she only straightened the top layer, ignored my request for curtain bangs/face-framing, and didn't even show me the back. I left with frizzy, unfinished hair that looked worse than when I walked in. I paid $100 (plus a $25 tip) only to have to go home and redo it myself. The sad thing is that there's more I could share but don't have enough space here to do so. I have since tried to contact the salon twice detailing what happened to me at their salon—once via email and once through the "Contact Me" form on their website—to resolve this privately, but I have received no response. This salon is a long-standing staple in Omaha that looks respectable from the outside, but the "Designer" service I paid for was nonexistent. I felt manipulated by fake compliments meant to hide a subpar job. I won’t be back, and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone. Edited: The salon owner reached out to me and was very apologetic about my experience at their salon. The owner was very nice and I am very thankful I was heard, not questioned or had to explain anymore. I was issued a full refund and will be receiving a gift-certificate for a future visit that is good on any service available there. My situation was handled very business like yet also understanding, personable and apologetic.

I usually dont leave reviews on places kind of ever but i absolutely HAD to recommend Mack by name. she's a wonderfully talented hair stylist and super easy to talk to when getting longer services done. She's given me pink hair twice now thats super vibrant and soooo pretty! highly recommend mack💗💗

The salon is clean and comfortable. Sabrina is an amazing stylist and super kind with patience to spare. She is great with my little ones and does an awesome job on men’s hair.

Sofia is incredible. She did a keratin treatment, and I couldn't be more pleased. My hair looks and feels healthy and shiny. She explained the whole process and aftercare. This is the hair I have been trying to get. The entire staff was welcoming, and my experience was outstanding. Finally, I found a great stylist and salon. Thank you!

Had a eyebrow wax with Kathryn never had them done there before but have been having that treatment for decades without any issues. She ripped the skin off my eyelid and it's so sore and swollen ,and she charged me full price! Never again!
