I’ve been getting plexi-gel manicures from Kris for almost a year now and I cannot say enough nice things. She is really fun and always does a great job. The new salon is gorgeous, prices are great, and the vibe is 10/10.

I chose this salon based on the 5-star rating and positive reviews, as I’ve been searching for a reliable hairstylist for some time. I showed Krissy a video of the haircut I wanted, and she assured me that she understood the style and could achieve it. Unfortunately, the results were not what I expected. I’m sharing this review to provide a more balanced perspective for others who may be relying on the high ratings. I’ve included photos for comparison—what I requested versus what I received—so you can judge for yourself. Krissy did mention that I could return for a correction if needed, but after seeing the final result, I didn’t feel comfortable going back. UPDATE to comment on your response: Thank you for your response. To be completely transparent, I found your message to be highly unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging my concerns as a paying client, your response was defensive, condescending, and dismissive. You claimed I haven’t stuck with one stylist, which is simply untrue — I remained with the same stylist for over a year. Additionally, your explanation that it takes "more than one visit" to achieve what I was looking for is irrelevant — I came in for a basic haircut, not a transformation or a specific hair type. A haircut should not take multiple sessions to get right. The pictures I shared clearly show that the cut was uneven, which speaks for itself. A professional business should take feedback seriously, not try to shift blame onto the client.

Wow!!!!! Could not be happier with not only the amazing extensions and perfect color match but MK Salons products. I love to curl my hair and her Spritz not only holds the curls but it’s not sticky. The blow out spray for refreshing works better than anything I’ve ever tried. I highly recommended MK Salon!!!!

The salon has a good vibe. It is welcoming and relaxing. The staff is laid back and accommodating. Liz does amazing job with my haircut! Will recommend to all my friends!

Very cute and comfortable atmosphere. Krissy is my stylist and she always does such a great job and gives the best scalp massages. I never leave unhappy. Also their hair products smell amazing!

Beautiful salon with the most welcoming people! Krissy will forever be my go-to woman for not only her make up line, which is WONDERFUL, but for my hair as well! First person to get the color and look that I wanted! Highly recommend coming here!

I am so happy I drove past and saw this salon, and made an appointment on a whim for highlights, trim and style. . Very friendly stylists and relaxing atmosphere. They want to make sure you have a great experience when you come here! Krissy is literally the first hair stylist to get my hair color the way I wanted it. My hair tends to pull brassy and warm shades of blonde and I wanted the opposite. White blonde with pearlescent colors. She said, "No problem, I gotcha!" She set the proper expectations that it might take a few visits to get all the warmth out, but man oh man, I have never been so happy when leaving a salon! I had multiple people tell me "You’re hair looks great!" I haven’t heard those words in YEARS! One person asked me if I got extensions. I have found my hairstylist for as long as she does hair! Don’t hesitate to book your appointment! Thanks Krissy!
