Staff was very friendly and attentive and I felt very welcome there despite hearing they were experiencing an issue with being able to take payments. Staff also was very understanding and worked with me to choose the service I felt most comfortable paying for. I did notice a lot of shifting between who was working on my hair which I don’t normally experience. Overall I am happy with my hair, but do have one qualm. I got the partial highlights and asked for them to go all the way up to my roots. Unfortunately I think there is still a bit of noticeable roots showing. Everything else was great though!

TATIANA IS A QUEEN As someone who is not super familiar with styling, cuts, basically hair stuff I went only had pictures of an idea. Tatiana asked questions to understand my vision and what I wanted to do. She helped me understand differences and what might fit my needs. She was soooooo incredibly sweet, excellent listener, and felt like an expert. I know I was in good hands as she consistently asked if what she was doing for my vision. After having a previous stylist move on I am confident I have found a new one. Do yourself a favor and ask for Tatiana if you are looking for connection and a great cut!

Tara has been doing my hair for 5 years now! She is fabulous at what she does and just keeps getting better. She’s always expanding her knowledge to keep up with the latest techniques. Highly recommend making an appointment with Tara or anyone with the Clementine team for that matter! Everyone I’ve encountered at Clementine is professional and friendly! Go see them!

KATELYNN WOOTEN is actually my saving grace! my hair was fried off from using dark boxed dyes. she has restored my hair within less than a year!!! she’s amazing in ever single way. i am so comfortable with every appointment. she’s is the best of the best! definitely should request her for sure!!!

Here are some photos of what my hair looked like after my appointment. I came in trying to get back to ash blonde and left with almost the exact same color as I went in with and a bill for $260. They said it was blonde, just very ashy. No way. Check out the horrible patches that were mixed into my hair. They offered to have me come back in the next week, but I was in tears and didn’t trust them with my hair anymore. The final picture is from two days later when I had to have another stylist fix their work. Clementine refused to refund me for this patch job and has continued to refuse for months as I have continuously tried to get my money back. $260, and 40% of my hair didn’t even have color on it. Beware. Stay away. Take your business elsewhere.

Clementine is always a great place to get your hair done. Tara is an amazing stylist. She always offers lots of knowledge and suggestions when you’re not sure. She’s great at color - I’ve never been upset when I leave. It’s a treat going to this place and having the friendly staff help you. The atmosphere is great, and they have great products always. Their deep conditioning treatments are great!

Katelynn is the BEST!!! She never disappoints and takes such good care of my hair! The time I took my daughter for her hair donation, she was so satisfied with Katelynn’s service and listening to what she wanted!!!
