HA IS THE BEST HAIR STYLIST EVER! Every time I go there I walk out a model! She's trans friendly too! Shes a master of her craft and super DUPER kind! Wayyy better than mainstream salons I'll tell ya that. (If you go here, PLEASE TIP! OMG THEY DESERVE IT!)

I am so disappointed with my experience here. My nails looked so uneven and streaky, and the base layer of my gel was not cured properly. The same night, when I showered, ALL of my nails peeled up to reveal wet, sticky polish. Called and asked for a refund, but was told I must come there to get it, as if I would want to return after that. My manicure was so rushed, and there was no care put into the final product. The space was cluttered, dusty, and unorganized. My sister’s tech was FANTASTIC, though. He was so nice and her nails are very cute.

The lady there cut a chunk right out of the front of my hair and completely messed up my hair line. Idk how i can even get this fixed without having to shave it. I've been growing my hair out for six years and already had an undercut. All I needed was the short part shaved again. Such a simple thing I usually have my friend do it and he's not even a barber. This was pure carelessness.

I went in to get my nails filled, I sat at the table for 15 minutes waiting. Finally the lady got there apparently she was running late for work, then asked me what I wanted. I told her a fill and to round out my nails. She said no problem. Then she started playing with her phone and then one of her regulars came in. So she stopped working on my nails while she started working on hers. Then realized I was still sitting there. Then halfway finished my nails. Didn't even get polish on the hole nail. Very unprofessional. Go somewhere else. They apparently don't want new clients.

I have been coming here for a decade now. The ladies here are wonderful! Shout out to Ivy, Susan, and Lee for always doing my nails and toes exactly how I want them done. They keep their establishment clean.

If you're not careful, you'll miss it! I rarely let others do my hair, make-up, eyebrows - you name it. Well today I am so glad I not only let someone do my eyebrows (I fell a year behind), but that Family Hair & Nail was the place I chose!! Not only was she thorough, she made sure I was ready for the rip. Fast and quality work. I can't wait to come back for a facial and try to get these pores under control 😅
