I went multiple times. They never fully listen to your requests and cut it they way they want to. Even with multiple reference pictures. I had my hair cut and bleached dyed a while back and they skimped on the hair products and left some parts orange and untoned. The dye was messy and uneven. For the cut, I asked for a light trim. The shortest layer was shorter than my front bangs. For the bangs she did not bother mapping it out and brushed a giant chunk of hair from the back of my head and snipped it off. Next time she’s touching my hair I’m suing.

In past visits, especially around the time they first opened, the head stylist did a great job. The last few times I’ve been in, I feel she has been rushing a bit even when there isn’t a long wait. Today, however, today was not so great. I was the only client, but the cut felt speedy and done hastily. I asked to have my sides trimmed down to a one to start and possibly to a zero and then half the length off the top. The sides were done perfectly fine, but she screwed up the top which I didn’t notice until I got home. One side was significantly and obviously shorter than the other. It’ll make styling a little challenging, but I’ll manage and my hair will grow back and I can get it cut perfectly next time, but that probably won’t be for another month when it reaches a good length to even even out. I’m a little disappointed. This salon also wasn’t my first choice as my first choice had not opened its doors even though it was the time posted to be open. Whether I’ll return again, I don’t know. I might. Maybe if my first choice salon isn’t open.

I had my greys covered and wash and styled. Everyone says my hair looks great. I think it does too. THIS PLACE IS CASH ONLY. I paid $70. But I gave her a 10 tip. Thank you see you soon

I told her no layer. I just want a normal hair cut to be shorter but she did the way she wanted. She cut layer and shorter than my expectation. She made my hair look stupid now. This is the style I extremely hate. I came here different times before but since now I would never come back.

They have 2 stylists usually. The older one is good at doing classic designs for men. The other one has a good and professional level of design, really gave my girlfriend a cute and modern cut!

Moon is the best stylist I've ever had and I'm 64. Her prices seem too low for the quality of her work. I always get a cut and shampoo. It isn't just hair washing. Moon gives me a thorough and completely relaxing head massage.

The owner is very approachable and friendly, my mom visit here about once a month to get her hair done, and she will stay there at least two hours because she likes to chat with the owner and doesn't want to leave 😂
