Melissa is the BEST! I’m so happy I found her when I did. It’s obvious she knows what she’s doing and has a ton of experience, but is also up to date and so great at working with color, cutting, styling, extensions, braiding-you name it! I’m not going anywhere else unless of course she throws me out! Love her💕

This was my first time with Melissa and I fell instantly in love! I went for a sew in with minimal leave out. Melissa worked so fast. I got a shampoo and blowout with it. This is the BEST service and BEST price I’ve EVER gotten in all of the Bay Area when it comes to sew ins. When I walked in, my sister was like, "oh wow that looks just like your hair." Melissa washed my bundles too and dried them under the dryer before installing them. In addition to that this, she is an absolute angel! We had a time talking and having fun. The whole service took like 2 hours. I’ve never had someone worked so fast on my sew in before. I LOVED my hair so much I walked out feeling like a celebrity. You can tell Melissa really LOVES what she does and she is just an all around incredible human being who is gorgeous inside out. I will not be going anywhere else in the Bay Area to get my sew ins done and you shouldn’t either. Come to Melissa for the best hair service and treatment in all of the Bay Area! ☺️

First things first I DO NOT like talking to people doing my hair, I'm there for service not conversation. However I actually had a wonderful two hours with my stylist who happens to own studio99. Melissa has the most amazing personality and patience. She listened to my concerns about my hair insecurities. I also have had major problems with showing a stylist a photo and then doing what the hell they want. Not Melissa she gave me exactly what I wanted . Her shop is cozy and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I cannot wait to go back I give studio 99 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐5 stars 🤩

Melissa is an incredible stylist! Since discovering her in 2012, she continues to be professional and she listens to the client, instead of dictating what she wants. Her attention to detail is everything! She continues to satisfy her clients, by going well above and beyond to make sure they're happy. She is the best hair stylist I've ever had. Also, her sophistication with social media is very impressive. Her brand of marketing is well beyond her competitors!
