I originally started going to Kelsey at the New Haven location years ago after needing a bad haircut fixed (thank again, Kelsey) and I have never stopped coming back ever since! Seeing Gianna grow over years within the shop to now getting great haircuts by her is amazing and can’t wait to see her keep growing Now, between Kelsey and Gianna, I know I will always leave happy. The SoNo shop has such a comfortable atmosphere and I’ve felt welcomed since day one. I don’t see myself going anywhere else!

Had a great experience with Kelsey — we messed up date for my tween’s appointment (it was actually the next weekend— sometimes moms make a mistake!) but she was able to fit us in with the help of an assistant, even on a busy Saturday— that was so above and beyond!! My daughter loves her haircut and vibes of the salon are fun and relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality cut and kindness.

Kelsey is a beautiful magical unicorn. She turned my striped dumpster fire hair color into a beautiful blonde. She took her time to color correct and make sure my hair came out how I wanted. She is confident, hilarious and best of all knows how to do hair! Go see her if you want your hair done right!

Shout out to Kelsey - we just moved to Norwalk from Brooklyn, and finding a barber/stylist is not trivial at all for me. I am very picky, specific and my standards are high. She was great about listening to my preferences and going over my references, I felt heard and seen. I LOVE the cut, I get compliments, and it's very easy to maintain (: Today, a week later, I had an incident (propane grill decided to blow out some fire in my face, burnt the tips of my hair... FrEaKeD me OuT!) I came by so she can assess it, see if she could fit me in or schedule me to a convenient time - she took care of me right away, with a smile on her face. Even before she is a professional, she's phenomenal as a person. That's it, we're bonded (; Love ya, Kelsey!

This place is fantastic. Frank does such a great job. He’s been cutting my hair, and every haircut is better than the last. I expect a great haircut every time from him, and he always exceeds my expectations. Super personable guy too. Would highly recommend.

From bang trims to dramatic fixes, Kelsey doesn’t just recreate what you hope for - she tailors hair to truly what will look best on you, which is one of the many ways she respects her clients. Her level of knowledge and intuition is unparalleled, and the kindness and fun in which she executes all she does is enough reason to look forward to seeing her. I like myself more because of the experiences I have had in her chair. I cannot express enough - she got Arctic Fox RED DYE out of my hair. Genuinely who else can do that? <3
