Took my daughter in for a silk press and wow—they did not disappoint! From start to finish, the salon was professional, clean, and made her feel so comfortable. Her hair came out smooth, shiny, and full of body with zero heat damage. If you’re looking for a spot that truly knows what they’re doing with natural hair, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

They have the potential be great. Justina ghosted my daughter and I. Honestly I should have taken a hint when she was always at least 30 minutes late to every appointment we've had with her. She does good work and I cant knock her for that. BUT I called and left messages to make an appointment- left 3 voicemails and even spoke with Justina once who said she would call me back and I never received a call..nothing! No respect or professionalism. My daughter and I are not rowdy customers and we had lovely conversations while at the salon. WHERE IS THE PROFESSIONALISM AND BASIC RESPECT AND THE LOYATY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS?? VERY UPSETTING AND DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! I'm big on loyalty and respect and common curtesy and Ive been let down. Im leaving it here and moving on, if anyone has recommendations of another salon in the Stamford area please let me know.

Well versed in all hair care and style especially for my natural kinky texture it's hard to find a salon which not only use quality organic and natural products, they understand all the hair lingo and also practice good hair regiment themselves. Justina is my go to girl she has the touch of gentleness when washing detangleing and manipulating my hair to be styled, no snags drags or pulls in a hurry to get to the next client.

This Salon is AMAZING!! Teresa Gorham is AMAZING!! She takes EXCELLENT care of your hair & she is a BRILLIANT PROFESSIONAL!! You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
