All I can say is WOW! Vanna was my stylist and she did an amazing job!!!! All the staff were so friendly and welcoming as a first time customer it felt like I had been going for years! Prices were beyond fair and reasonable. They take pride in their work and it shows in how gorgeous you look when walking out. I move at the end of June but I can assure you I will go back anytime I am back in the area!!

Megan is awesome! Got lucky when I found this spot on a whim on a Sunday eve when I just HAD TO CUT OFF MY LOCKS. Great stylist (and I'm picky) but she did exactly what I wanted (pixie) and the grow out sealed the deal for me since that's really how you can tell if you got a great cut. I've seen her twice since original cut and I'm still thrilled. She also did my toddlers hair and prices were more than reasonable

Ms Var is incredibly awesome. She cuts my hair extremely well , with care, and always does a superb job. HANDS DOWN. She is great. She works hard to keep me and all her other clients happy. A true champion and winner. Its gotten to the point that she completely remembers my hair cut every time I go there every 4 to 5 weeks. I am very happy that I found her at Strands. I love this place!! I highly recommend! I love how Vanna make my hair look beautiful again! She did keratin treatment and Now I don’t even need to do a blog dryer any more, my hair look shaine and straight I love it!! 5 stars fir this place.

At Strands hair salon you get quality care. Vana is so kind hearted & caring & listens well to what you want. I got Keratin hair treatment for my frizzy naturally curly/ wavy hair. I wanted my hair to get healthy, frizz free, without getting flat straight. That's exactly what I got. Now my hair feels rich, healthy with a coated Ketatin treatment & no frizz, I have soft waves in my hair. I even ejoyed the Flat straight long hair before my first wash after the treatment. Vana is great, I highly recommend Strands hair Salon in Northridge.

I never let anyone cut my hair, but my mom suggested that I try her hairdresser Var... BEST DECISION EVER! She really knows how to cut all types of hair, especially curly hair!

Worst hair experience I had in my life this lady pulled my hair and was rough with me didn't even come close to the hair cut I came in for it was 6 inches shorter then what I asked for this is hands down the worst salon I ever been to in my entire life. I asked for a gentlemens cut even showed the picture and I came out looking loke Drew Cary. She also poked my side burnes with her needle like fingers when she asked how long. She shaved my sides and made it poofy on top like a MO hawk.
