Walking into this salon instantly feels like stepping into a breath of fresh air. The energy here is unmatched—warm, uplifting, and genuinely welcoming. The staff radiate such good vibes, it’s more than just a haircut—it’s a whole experience. It was a big decision to cut my long hair but Richie listened to what I wanted and brought my vision to life, I couldn’t be happier with my haircut! Also, Esteban is very talented, his attention to detail, I was able to see how happy his clients were. You can tell they love what they do, and that passion is contagious. I left not only loving my hair, but also feeling lighter, happier, and recharged.

Excellent service , Richard treats you like you’re at home with expertise knowledge on color correction techniques and hair cut that is out of this world gorgeous. I usually hate cutting my hair but I trusted him with his scissors he’s got talent. Most importantly my hair is super healthy !! Felipe at the front desk is extremely helpful and he is on top of everything with making sure you are getting your best customer service . The best host for a salon. Ricardo has washed my hair twice and he is extremely good at head massage and at washing with care. I definitely enjoyed his customer service as well. Very professional At getting you ready for color. This salon is my favorite so far in south Florida I been around but I never felt so at home like I feel here. Will definitely be coming back every time I need a touch up or color change. Thank you

I was initially nervous to try a new salon, as it’s hard to find a good blonde colorist, but the reviews were outstanding for One 11. I booked a consultation at first, so that I could get a feel for the place and the stylists. Richard was very professional and spent a good amount of time with me, talking about my hair, the thickness, the texture, and what I was trying to achieve. He was very transparent about what he could do for me and the pricing. I appreciated the time he took to learn about my hair ahead of time. My first appointment went very well, and everyone at the salon made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. Richard is an amazing individual, both personally and professionally, and we had a lovely conversation. Ricardo is the sweetest and gives the best head massages! The vibe of the salon is very relaxing and positive. It’s not overcrowded with stylists, so there’s a comfortable, intimate atmosphere. This past weekend was the second time Richard colored my hair, and I trusted him fully as a stylist, which is hard for me to do! But he nailed it. My color, cut, and blow dry were exactly what I wanted, and I’m so grateful to have found this salon.

I see Richard every 2 weeks and I’ve never trusted anyone with my hair as much as him. I have also sent my mother and sisters to see him & they loved it. He’s just as versatile with women styling as he is with men! Esteban never misses. I have been in the salon enough times to see his work and how happy all of his clients leave the salon. He’s extremely professional, very attentive to detail and loves what he does, undoubtedly. Bottom line is, every owner & employee at One 11 Hair Studio is a rockstar in their own way. I saw Richard for an amazing diffuse style + highlights and I gotta say WOW I saw myself in the mirror and I was shocked, he REVIVED my look again! Not only am I happy but grateful for handling my hair with care and being attentive of the highlight process, not many stylist possess that feature. I also did my hands and was very happy that she listen to my concerns and achieved a beautiful Gel Manicure service, she handled my hands with care thank you Kirian. This hair studio is one of the perfect places to go, from hair to nails you guys know how to host and entertain, the energy here is out of this world and beautiful. I’ve been coming to One11 since day one (2017) and have been seeing Richard & Esteban for over 14 years and every time I see them the services always surpasses my expectations and I am thrilled for the outcomes. What a place! I love the vibes here, the people that work there, and the overall energy. Everyone is warm and welcoming. Especially the guy at the front desk, Phil. Every single time I walk in he greets me with a warm smile. He’ll ask if I want water, coffee, etc. Very caring and considerate. Love One11 and you won’t ever be disappointed.
