came in for a hair cut and was not disappointed! Octavio was really warm and knowledgeable. I have straight hair and it’s always hard to find someone who "gets it" and will have the layers blend nicely. He was very patient and most importantly I felt he understood what I wanted. I arrived early for my appointment and was served immediately upon arrival. My stylist Nasrin was professional and accommodating, listening to my styling requests very carefully. She was professional and polite throughout the appointment. She went above and beyond in meeting my needs as a customer. I was very pleased with the experience and booked a new appointment for the next month.

I came here super last minute and they took me and my friends. I’m from New York and they did an amazing job. They were super kind and they gave us the amazing hospitality so friendly highly recommend my curls came out beautiful and they know how to do and take care of people with extensions quick weaves highly recommend this place for my baddies out there.

Loved that I was able to get a full salon experience as a walk in! Color, cut and blow dry with Marianne. She was confident, fast and did a great style! Bonus- my son and daughter also got their haircuts done at the same time with Irma. A one stop shop!

This was my second visit, and it made it clear why there won’t be a third. I stood at the front for nearly 10 minutes while staff assisted another customer, visibly struggling with their computer system. When I was finally acknowledged, I clearly stated which barber I wanted. I was told to sit down and that I would be next. Instead, a man who walked in after me was taken immediately by the exact barber I requested. No explanation. No apology. No mention of an appointment. I was simply skipped and left sitting there as if I didn’t matter. If that customer had an appointment, that’s perfectly fine—but failing to communicate that while telling me I was "next" is unacceptable. Watching someone else take the chair I was waiting for without a word of acknowledgment is incredibly disrespectful. This wasn’t bad timing or a misunderstanding—it was poor communication and worse customer service. I left because no customer should have to ask why they were ignored after being promised their turn
