I’ve been coming to this barbering salon for years. The staff is always professional, friendly, courteous and treats each customer equally. I highly recommend their services to everyone. The added military discount is also a bonus.

Friendly and relaxing atmosphere! Barbers Charles and Scott e are excellent communicators when it comes to getting your hair cut the way you like it! Can't forget the Beauticians in the back who routinely keep their customers smiling on the way out the door! I been bringing my children there as well so they can get a cut but also to Witness black entrepreneurs working in their craft!

Great location, easy parking as well. Right away the shop is always clean. Never had to wait more than 25 minutes for a cut. I get cut by Hakeem "Chuck" been going to him for years now. Best hands in 757 in my book. Definitely give this place a look/ try. They have two other barbers who’ve I’ve seen cut multiple times and they’re nothing but perfectionist and keep a joking atmosphere around. - a loyal customer Also if you need any drywall work just ask Hakeem about me!

Best custom haircut and hairstyle ever!! Definitely a 10/10!! My hairstylist Taniqua was very professional and during my consultation she created a plan to help me get EXACTLY what I wanted. She is also helping me to get my hair healthy. I got a custom haircut from Hakeem and he gave me a precision faded cut while helping me to keep it feminine. So I have been looking for a new barber. I was driving a hr away just to get a cut in Portsmouth when I lived in Norfolk. I know tell me about it right! So today I decided to try something new so we live right down the street and my wife suggested this place. So of course if you’re a person who loves you’re look and you know the rules of being dedicated to you’re barber and you just don’t switch like that. Plus I don’t know if these guys can cut or not!! That’s what we all worry about right? So we read the reviews and of course you’re going to have some good, and some bad. ... well people complaining about they not customer friendly.. and a man that talks to much.. blah blah Well Today I walked in and I was greeted with smiles And head nodding. Which that’s what you’re supposed to get when you go in a barber shop! I felt at home. Everyone was smiling, I knew what I was there for. And so did they do it was no need to ask when I already know and they know I want a hair cut! Mr Charles services me!! He greeted me very professional, asked me my name and introduced himself to me. And I did the same. And might I add this mans cutting skills is amazing, he cut my hair and lined it up perfectly just how I like it. So long story short!! Just because you see bad reviews on a certain person doesn’t mean it’s the person maybe it was the customer. They can’t please everyone. But i Tell you what!! Mr Charles sir, you will get my money every time And thank you so much for making me feel so welcomed in you’re place of business today. It was such a pleasure meeting a man of you’re caliber. Scotty is my new barber! I used to take my late husband at least twice a month. The shop is clean and the atmosphere is very friendly. I appreciate Scotty and Catrell for being a blessing.

Excellent and professional customer service, as well as clean environment. Scott did an awesome job cutting the twins' hair and they've gotten compliments already. Definitely will return.
