Will always recommend then. Been going for 5 years, first for shellac, now gel. Never a disappointment. The technicians are very knowledgeable on what they do. Place is pricey, but you get what you pay for. Which is great service and quality work. Today, I wanted red cat eye but they didn't have it. Lisa layered a base blood red with thin white cat eye then a layer of red glass for the perfect color.

I visited this salon hoping to try their laser hair removal service, but the moment I walked in, I felt uncomfortable. The environment lacked diversity — both the clients and the staff were entirely Caucasian — and it became clear very quickly that their services reflected that. When I asked about laser hair removal, I was told they only provide that service for Caucasian women. In 2025, it’s disappointing and frustrating to see a salon that hasn’t made the effort to be culturally inclusive or to invest in equipment and training that can safely and effectively serve people of all skin tones. No one should walk into a salon and feel out of place or excluded. I truly hope they take steps to broaden their services and create a more welcoming, inclusive environment for everyone.

Richie is truly a master of his craft! He’s creative, detailed, and always up-to-date with the latest trends. Every cut and color feels fresh and perfectly suited to me. On top of his talent, he’s professional, kind and makes every visit enjoyable. I’ve been going to him for years and can’t recommend him enough!

I came here as part of a gift with my dad and girlfriend and usually don't get pedicures. The "sports" pedicure was excellent, the massage chairs were wonderful, and the staff was kind and patient with a first timer. I'll be headed back for my personal care needs.

Richard is a master colorist and stylist. He can correct, recommend and give you the best hair of your life! He ruled Bracha Salon in Chesapeake for years and has moved to Elite European Day Spa in Norfolk. Don't hesitate on a short drive for perfection!

I can’t say enough good things about Richard! I literally sit in his chair, give him zero direction, and let him work his magic and I never walk out disappointed. He just gets what will look great on me every single time. It’s such a relief to have a stylist I can 100% trust. I would love to love this place. Really, I would love to come back here and maybe get a Swedish massage or my nails done. Maybe try out a haircut. But got get a deep tissue massage last year for my birthday because I had been really really tense. This really sweet massage therapist was nothing but kind to me the entire time. And maybe it’s my fault because I didn’t speak up, but she was going too hard. But it was my first time so I didn’t know what was the appropriate pressure. I felt sternum pain when she started going down the middle of my back and thought it was maybe just heart burn. After I left, I took two heart burn tablets and it didn’t work so I had to take an ibuprofen. Apparently the pain is in my sternum and inflammatory. The reason why I’m giving two stars instead of just leaving it at this is because every other month, that dull ache comes back and I’m left sitting down and huffing cause it feels like my sternum’s inflamed and on fire. I never felt this before the massage. I’m going to be checked out by a doctor. But please, the salon itself is full of nice people who care about you. Just make sure to advocate for yourself and don’t be dumb like me.
