I normally don’t leave bad reviews unless it’s BAD! And the main reason I’m leaving this review is because I emailed them, trying to be discreet about everything because I don’t want to throw anyone under the bus. I emailed them asking for a refund....or what could they offer. I emailed them personally and on ig & fb messenger.....no reply. So here I am. The people are amazing. Very nice....no issues there. I spent $200 on full highlights and I left feeling ok about my hair, but once I got home and put my hair up, it was all bad underneath. My highlights looked like extensions! Not only that, but the back of my head would have highlight near the top, then my original hair color, then highlight on the bottom....which is very weird. I def went in with a pic basically showing what I kinda wanted (which was to go to a light brown, I’ll just say I’m now a blonde. I couldn’t stand my hair and how it made me feel and I couldn’t go to work that way (I’m in the army & my hair looked CRAZY when I tried to put it in a bun!....it was against regulations, for sure) like I said, nice lady! But quality of work is 👎🏼. It was so bad, I had to find an open appt the next day somewhere else to get it fixed. Thank god, cause they did an awesome job fixing me! I can’t post pics on here for some reason, but I’ve left pics & review on their fb & Yelp as well with the pics. This was in 2021.

Rachael is the best. I've been going to her for 15 years. She is always willing to work with my schedule. She is always professional and does a great job. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Just got my hair done by Kenzie Gray at Rachel Davis hair Studios and it is amazing. If you’re looking For someone who does color she is the girl to go to!

Rachel did a great job cutting my hair today, is just an overall great stylist and fun to chat with. Thanks again!! Obsessed with my haircut.

First time visiting this salon today and very impressed in the 4 years I’ve been in the states traveling around, I’ve had the worst experience with stylists, for the first time I’ve left a salon feeling happy, absolutely love my hair and kenzi killed it, she was able to fix my hair after it was ruined at different salon, no damage to my hair and was actually able to achieve the colour I wanted (was mostly black)

Edit : 1 week after this last visit. I notice a lot of my hair was gone. I got my hair over process and the pictures are scary. I'm trying to contact Rachel to resolve the matter. Ill update later. (The purple its gone) I still happy about my light color and cut. But the loosing of hair worries me a lot. Cause stylist knew and didn't told me my hair was gone I notice 1 week later when I part my hair . Chunk still falling . Update: Hair keeps falling I had to shave my head I got a huge empty dald spot around the Corona of the head . 1 month has pass .she only gave me the money of 1 visit (last one ) put an olaplex treatment only 2 times (this does nothing really). My hairs not healthy. Not recomendidm Cindy.

Got my hair done for the first time in about 3 years. Not only was the price very reasonable, but the atmosphere was comfortable, and Charming. My stylist, Kenzie actually listened to me absolutely EXCEEDED my expectations. Absolutely FANTASTIC. Thanks for making me feel beautiful!
