If you want to ruin your hair and get a rude hairdresser, this is the salon to go to. I literally cried myself to sleep because of what the lady did to my hair! I went there at 4:30 pm, as their website states they close at 6pm. The lady was about to leave, and there's another lady in the shop whom I thought was going to cut my hair because she's the one I talked to and described how I wanted my hair to be cut. But I was surprised that the lady took scissors and immediately cut my hair the way she wanted. My hair was perfectly straight; it's my crown and glory and my best asset. What the lady did was ruin it and just intentionally cut it the way she wanted, even after I complained and told her not to cut it too short! She even pushed me away from the mirror and rushed to cut my hair because there was someone waiting for her, and she kept getting phone calls! Yes, I understand and speak a little bit of Korean. On top of that, she dropped the scissors because of her rush and almost cut my face. I was shaking when that happened, and her assistant just looked at me with worried eyes, but the lady who did it didn't even apologize!! 60 dollars for the worst haircut without even a shampoo is the hysterically insane!

[Second visit] I cut my hair today and I love how it’s done!:) I showed her a picture that I wanted to cut and she did an awesome job!! I did my eyebrows tattoo and eyeliner tattoos as well!!!! It took about 40 minuets to get the tattoos done. I’ll have to see how it’s gonna come out after few days but I can already tell it’ll look natural as I wanted it to be. Wow...I’m just impressed..wow...!!!!! I like it a lot!!! Thank you for everything!😉👍 ———————————————————— [First visit] The owner cut my hair and she was good at her job! They pretty much do a lot of stuff like eyebrows tattoos and eyeline tattoos...etc..as well! I'm so satisfied with my new hair cut! Yay:) P.s: sorry about the so many repeated photos that I posted! Google said "There was an error, try again" so I did...and boom!😂 oh well..

My name is Soo-Mee .. I found this salon on Google searching for Korean salons near me. Respectfully, I am Korean myself and know that in my experience Koreans are good with curly perms (mostly) … I loved the authenticity of the atmosphere and how welcoming and friendly the staff was. I’m usually very picky and nervous when it comes to my hair and they certainly put my worry to ease! I got a trim of my dead ends and she kept my length. I asked for a spiral curly perm and they did a wonderful job!!! I couldn’t be happier with my results!!! I will definitely be coming back! gamsahabnida!

I asked for a trim. She cut my A frame haircut to one length, and missed a strand when cutting. Didnt trim any of my layers. So now I literally only have length of a longer bob.... THAT ISNT EVEN!!!!! And they dont offer refunds so I could either accept I got ripped off or risk them ruining my hair even more

Polite, but don’t know how to cut thick curly/wavy hair. As a biracial person I took a gamble in letting her finish the haircut and by the end it was uneven, thinned out (using thinning shears) and frizzy. Not to mention a lot shorter than what I asked for.

They do not listen, they do what they want with your hair, I went to have the ends cut I had my hair super long and I leave it below the shoulders I do not hear me when I said only the ends please, I do not recommend it very bad site.

Gracie did permanent eyebrows for me with Amy assisting. These woman are wonderful. I have seen them twice over the past four years. I am a cancer patient and they have done beautiful work that helps me to feel healthy and regular. Thank you so much. TD
