I've been coming here for years now and it is just not the quality it used to be. My stylist used to take time to make sure I was happy with my cut and that it looked good from all angles. Now they try and get you out as soon as possible for the next client. I went in looking to get a 3in trim and lots of layers, a hair cut I've been getting there since the very first time I booked an appointment. However this time I have a huge band around the back of my head where she didn't take the time to blend the layers, my hair has never had this problem before. She was nice about trying to keep in mind how my hair will dry but didn't listen when I stated my hair does not dry completely straight and this did not factor that into the cut. I don't have the face framing I wanted nor the shaping i wanted even after I blowout my hair. I wanted the split ends chopped off completely but she left them there despite my insistence of prioritising my hair health over length. I know many people don't like when stylists overcut but if I asked for 3 inches, I'd like them to cut 3 inches and not 1.5 Overall I hate my hair and it looks worse than when I came in. Yes the stylists are sweet but the past few I've tried have been very pushy about sales and ignoring my concerns about my hair and the way cuts will lay. Despite expressing that my hair is cut in a way that is low maintenance due to being a student. It's upsetting that I've spent the time and money coming here for quality cuts with personalised service but in the past year I've left disappointed each time. Edit: I have been coming here much longer than twice in 2025. I have been attending since 2021 and went to melody through most of that.

Oasis salon is the best hair salon around! I've been going there for about 9 years and I won't go anywhere else!! Courtney is the BEST at what she does and my color and cut always comes out perfect. I also really love the products they sell, they work great and smell amazing 🙂

I never leave reviews, but I am genuinely upset, my experience as far as like personality and general vibe was great my stylist was very sweet but I am very unhappy with the haircut :/ it had been 6 years since I had anything done to my hair professionally and I was really looking forward to this and very nervous. I chose the style I wanted based off of my lifestyle and how my hair dries naturally and the style I received I have to start styling which is not something I wanted to do. I have very long hair that was almost all the same length except for what I chopped off the ends to convince myself to finally get my hair professionally done. I think for what the stylist did she did a great job but it unfortunately isnt at all what I asked for and I wish that the junior stylists maybe had someone there to ask questions or had just told me they weren't familiar with curtain bangs or if I was holding my head wrong for it to change how I was holding my head. I had noticed she was pulling quite a bit of hair forward to cut the bangs and I had said oh i like a thinner bang and she started taking less from the side and said oh i normally do a wider bang but we can do less and wider and narrower are not the same as thicker and thinner i had meant for her to take less from my hairline and do thinner bangs. But I don't do well advocating for myself especially when I am in a place where I know that I don't know as much as the person working on me. I'm just overall very disappointed and dont know where to go from here on a daily basis, I dont feel like myself. The girl was so so nice and everyone starts somewhere and she did do a great job on what she did it just isn't what I wanted for myself! I had been in search of a salon since I moved here in June. My first appointment was a blow dry I needed last minute so I booked with one of the junior stylist, Faith. Going into this appointment, I did not expect to continue to book with Faith, to be honest, being a junior stylist made me a little nervous BUT she was amazing and made me feel comfortable with her level of experience. So I decided to book with her for my touchup and cut. She did not disappoint! Love the way I look and feel. Thanks Faith!!!

I got my hair cut yesterday by Brittany and she did great! The atmosphere was really relaxing and Brittany was super kind and attentive. I'll definitely be coming back!

I see Brittany for my haircare needs. She listens and asks questions to clarify that she understands what I am looking for and has been consistent with my hair cuts. She is very pleasant.

Haley did an amazing job on my hair! The second pic is the day after with just regular air drying. It’s so hard finding people that cut my frizzy wavy hair properly and she nailed it! Super happy with my cut 🙂 I normally see Liz but she didn’t have any openings (she also does an awesome job). You can definitely trust the stylists at Oasis Salon!
