Got my Japanese straightening perm done here twice, both times successful. I came here in August for my first time, I was so scared but Yoshi performed at his best. My hair came out great, came back for the second time for my retouch and he worked just as well. He is very gentle while washing and throughout the whole process! 💝

Yoshi is very attentive to detail! I showed him the haircut I wanted, and he actually made it even better than the picture. My hair is much healthier and feels way better after the cut. Got several compliments from people. I also enjoyed the conversation with Yoshi, he’s very friendly and thoughtful, and the price is much more affordable than most places in NYC. Thank you so much! one of the worst haircuts i've ever gotten. I specifically asked for layers because my hair is pretty thick, and during the hair cut I asked him multiple times if he did add the layers, because it didn't look like he did. now my hair is so chunky it looks like i cut it straight across myself. he was also really rough with handling my head/hair and kept pointing the hair drying running hot air directly into my eyes. it was a waste of 200 dollars
