I had such a wonderful experience at Toto Hair Salon with Crystal and her team. From the consultation to the final result, everything was handled with so much care and professionalism. I came in for very natural, low-maintenance highlights, and Crystal truly listened to what I wanted. The color turned out beautifully blended, soft, and exactly what I hoped for natural, elegant, and perfect for long-term maintenance. Crystal and her team did a phenomenal job on my hair!! They were kind and courteous throughout the whole process and even gave me tea and snacks too, as highlights takes a longer amount of time than regular hair services. I have gotten my hair done here before in the past and their customer service and attention to detail is the best I’ve seen in the NYC area. I will continue coming back here and I would highly recommend them to any girls I know! 🙂

Crystal is such a great asset to Toto Hair! I have been coming here for 2 years or so and have recommended 2 friends as well who have had great experiences. She is friendly, professional, easy to communicate with and wants you to leave the salon with a style and color you love!! I've gone darker and then lighter and loved both results. Cannot recommend this salon enough and her.

I came in to Toto for a last minute haircut and wow was it the best first experience! I’m typically very anxious about haircuts because I have curly hair and tend to wear it both straight and natural so I need a haircut that works for both. Milk took this into account and gave me an amazing haircut that now about 2 months later has grown out double in the amount he cut and looks so healthy and beautiful. And the hair washing experience was magical! Never had such a clean scalp before. 100/10 recommend.

The manager of a fabulous hair salon, Crystal, is great at communicating and understanding your hair's needs. She's very dedicated and ensures she understands what the client wants. My personal hairstylist, Kelly, was an absolute sweetheart. She dedicated her time to creating these beautiful long layers and is excellent at communicating and ensuring you're satisfied. I absolutely adored the eviorment 🙂

Originally, when I had first planned on booking an appointment— the only availability was until September 18 (Weeks after I booked it). Crystal; the manager, ended up being so flexible with her communication, and found me availability that very week. She booked my appointment with a stylist named Norway (God bless that man). This is my first time EVER getting a styled haircut and cold perm and I felt very comfortable and assured. I absolutely recommend this place. 10/10
