I’ve been coming to this shop for yearssss before they had multiple locations and it’s sad I have to say this! Do not come to this shop if you want a braiding style other than box braids. They do very well with knotless box braids any size/length BUT they are terrible with other styles. They act like they can do any style you ask of them but they just rush and do whatever to your hair to take your money. If it wasn’t for their "72 hour rule" I would never come here again. I asked for French style braids January 2026 and within 2 days they started to unravel! I came back to get it done over which was already an inconvenience and they were STILL unraveling!!! The ends were poorly tied and I would’ve went back again to have them fix it but it’s very inconvenient for me and I’m over it! I ended up having to put rubber bands at the ends on my own so the style can at least last a little longer smh. I have a child and I’m currently 2 months pregnant, plus work & other things I have to deal with I can’t keep coming back and forth to this shop for them to fix their mistakes! Even last year August 2025 I asked for the cornrow front, sew in back style, I had a picture and everything! The style in the picture was clearly 12 medium sized cornrow braids the MOST but the lady did whatever she wanted to do and did like 30 micro sized cornrows!! I went in the middle of the night and I was exhausted so I didn’t even notice how many braids she was doing until she was basically done! Then instead of taking accountability, the women in the shop tried to convince me it was the same style and oh how it looks "beautiful". I had to come back the next morning with my tired self and just get knotless boho. THIS SHOP NEEDS TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST ABOUT THE STYLES THEY ARE ABLE TO DO! Stop pretending you can do any style and just rushing through it to take people’s money! Not to mention some of their shops are FILTHY with mice running around the shop and they act like it’s no big deal. Yall need to get it together!

I had a great experience at this shop. I took my 14 year to get braids and she loved them. I arrived at 11:30. Sat down immediately. Started braiding her hair at 12noon we were done by 2pm. 2 braiders worked on her hair. Her hair is passed her shoulders and extremely thick and they managed to braid it in 2 hours. Definitely going back!!!!

Came in on a Saturday at around 10 in the morning to get Boho knotless hair down to my waist with human hair. I had no appointment and was seated within 5 minutes. I was out in less than 3 hours and felt the price was worth what I got. It’s been almost a month now and the braids are holding up pretty decently. The reasons I’m not giving 5 stars is some of the curls did start coming out within 2 weeks and I felt there were areas it could’ve been fuller with curls. Overall, I was very pleased by the service and the outcome for the price paid. I would definitely recommend and will certainly be coming back 🥰

Went to get the bora bora braids. The style looked good. It was not until taking down the braids that I realized that they tied the ends of my actual hair to seal the braids instead of tying the braiding hair. As a result I’ve had to cut/rip my hair just to get the braids out. It’s been 2 days and I’m still slowly taking my braids down. My hair is now damaged as a result and I’ve lost the growth my hair saw while I had the braids in. I’m sorry but I won’t be returning.

I made a 2am appt, and arrived at 1:30…I originally came for the flip braids. However, I asked the braider to show me her previous work. I end up choosing a Boho Braided Ponytail. She started my hair at 2:30a, and finished at 6:30a….paid $200 (past my butt length) and I gave her a $50 tip. She was very nice and professional. Braider name was Keyna. This is my new fav location. Call the location beforehand to ensure that the style you want the braiders at that location can do. Location was clean, no roaches. Bring your own wipes/toilet paper. Update: 1/2/26 I came again and two older lady braided my hair and I don’t like how they braid. My hair is sticking up/frizzy through the braids, and it looks as though they didn’t use braiding gel while braiding the hair. These braids won’t last too long, unfortunately. I added a pic

I really appreciated their customer service and desire to make sure they are sending the best quality hairstyles back into the streets to represent them well!! My hair wasn't done to standard, they took it all out, rewashed it and did it again. They made sure i was happy with the results! I loved that. They did it all without me even having to ask!

1st time going to this braiding place. I dread taking public transportation. So I drive from Queens to Harlem in 25min at 3:15am. I parked in front. I was seated instantly and two braiders were on my head. Finish by 7am and liked my braids. Pleasant experience and great prices. Will come again!
