I unexpectedly had a few free hours in New York City and realized I had been in desperate need of a hair cut. I walked in off the street and asked for an appointment and they were able to accommodate me immediately. I was so thankful! They give you a scalp massage while washing your hair. The people who do your hair here really care about your hair and what is best for you. I was really happy I took their advice. I would recommend stopping by. A woman’s hair cut was $90 but it was well worth it

I’ve been their client for over two years now and I can say that it’s a very good hair salon full of professionals. Nice looking, in the middle of the city. Always welcoming, and they always listen to you, and help you figure out what you want if you’re not sure. Yesterday I randomly decided that I want to change my hair color before a concert that’s today. I don’t know how but I was able to make an appointment with Nick and it went great! He helped me choose the right color, his assistant made sure that my scalp is clean and nice (red colors are no joke yk). I’m very happy to be cherry again and I’m SO ready for the concert! Super satisfied with their service. Professional, clean, organize, most importantly hospitable. The variety of beverage complimentary is such a nice gesture and thoughtful. Remembering depends on what kind of service you get and how long you’d be spending time there. It shows how much the business care for your experience. I booked a root perm today by Megan. She is a hair magician. After witnessing how much work her and the nice assistant put today, the service consider very quick. I started at 11am and finished by 2:30ish pm. That is a lot of time for one service. But I could tell how much she’s passionate about what she does and she listened what I really need. So thank you Megan and her nice assistant, I forgot her name. She made sure I am comfortable during the process. Just go! You’ll thank me.

Before the hair cut, I was able to discuss with Jason, my hairstylist, first about the hair cut that I want and the style he thinks it would suit me best. This was my first time here. I was really nervous but it came out amazing. Great hair cut, great conversation. My hair feels light and lovely. Will be coming next time I need another cut!

Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life. I had to stop the woman mid haircut because she cut my bangs and was leaving random long pieces of hair out. I asked for a trim and to "clean up my haircut" and she didn’t understand. I should have walked away the minute she started drying my hair before cutting it and making me type into her phone to translate what I was saying. She butchered my hair. The receptionist was great and tried to have someone else fix it but there was no salvaging my hair from this woman Sol. I’m going to have to go get a bob from a different hair salon because my hair is now awful and completely uneven. The person who tried to fix it only made it worse. To be clear this is what my hair looked like after they got someone else to "fix it". DO NOT GO HERE! Or at least don’t don’t use a woman named Sol. I wish i could post a video to show just how awful it looks because pictures don’t do it justice.

Jason cut my daughter’s hair and Lola gave her a conditioning mask. Both of them were super nice and did a fantastic job! 💞🙌🏼 Will definitely go back next time we’re in NYC!
