Having experienced nail care in Japan for many years, I struggled to find a salon in New York that truly met my expectations. Mayu’s work proved to be a refreshing exception! Her technique is consistently precise and refined, from the base preparation to the final finish. The care was exceptionally thorough, and the results exceeded my expectations. The products used are of high quality, and the design consultation was conducted with great care and professionalism!! I will absolutely return and highly recommend her services:)

I heard that nail services had started here and decided to visit right away. Being treated in a private space made the experience incredibly relaxing — a perfect break from everyday life.☺️✨ The nail artist is warm, friendly, and very easy to talk to. She has such a lovely personality that you genuinely look forward to seeing her again.🫶🏻 She also knows many great cafés, and chatting with her during the appointment is always a pleasure. Her skills are excellent, and the entire service was comfortable from start to finish. I was very happy with the result. She did my birthday nails on this visit, and thanks to her beautiful work, I was able to spend my special day feeling extra special. Even though nails change every month, this felt like a truly memorable, once-in-a-lifetime nails.💅🏻🩵 Thank you so much!🥰

If you're looking for a hairdresser who can give you a customized haircut according to your hair texture and face - then this salon is for you. I just had my 1st haircut here with Suguru and I'm so happy with the result. I have very fine and frizzy hair and he took the time to explain which option would best work for my hair and gave me different variations depend8ng on how I wanted to style it. But most of all I really appreciate how super detailed he was, and immaculate. He really understands hair textures so well and his cutting skills are amazing. Thanks Suguru!

Had such a great experience and my favorite haircut to date. Came in with an odd hair request - the Korean 2-in-1 bob- and an Instagram reel with what I was looking for. Suguru cut my hair and even though what I was asking for wasn’t his signature style, he did such an amazing job - he made sure to do exactly what I asked for (checking my "inspo" reel for guidance every now and then) and was so attentive to detail. Happy to report that up, the bob looks fantastic and very pleased with how it looks down. Thanks, Suguru! I’ll definitely be coming back 🙂

MEY New York is such a gem. The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. It’s a beautiful hair salon upstairs, and I love that they also have a nail salon downstairs — it makes the whole experience feel elevated and convenient. My nail technician, Mayu, was absolutely amazing — detail-oriented, gentle, and incredibly talented. I left feeling polished, relaxed, and genuinely happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Kiyo was fantastic! I put complete trust in him and I walked out feeling beautiful-- my hair was transformed from my usual one-length long wavy to blended face framing layers (while still keeping my hair long!) Kiyo suggested practical styling tips and taught me how to dress up my hair without the need for expensive products. I am so grateful for Kiyo and this haircut!
