We were looking for a place to get my boyfriend’s hair cut while in New Orleans. This shops atmosphere was so relaxed and Greg, the stylist, was so thorough. His calm, present energy made me feel good about coming in. And the cut was fantastic! He took his time and I’d definitely suggest this place to anyone who needs a cleanup while on vacation. We hope to return!

For many years I had only one man cut my hair and he was a fantastic stylist. Tragically and unexpectedly he passed away. I searched for a stylist that was as talented as him but was not successful until I found Dallas at Salon Du Beau Monde. Dallas takes what you want to the next level as his expertise in hair style is translated differently to every person that is fortunate enough to sit in his chair. Every now and then in life we find a person that cares about us and Dallas interprets his care for his customers by utilizing his years of experience in order for your hairstyle to reflect the best version of you than you thought possible. I showed him a photo of cuts he's done, knowing my hair is the right texture, and he gave me a perfect cut that I can wear straight or wavy, no fuss, easy to style or dry naturally. I finally found someone at home in Nola to give me a cut that is age appropriate for me and looks beautiful. I'll be booking my appts every 2 months to keep my hair healthy. Thx so much, Dallas! Dallas is an eccentric genius with hair! He speaks my hair language. I can walk in with the most vague description of what I'm looking for, and he can give me exactly what I pictured. The styles he comes up with get considerable mileage, it takes months before I need a touch-up. He's truly an artist. I won't trust anyone else in New Orleans to cut my hair.

I’ve been to Dallas 2 times in a month. My hair is naturally curly but I wanted a straight style, wasn’t sure how that would work out as my hair naturally reverts back to the curls. I’ve found my forever stylist. Dallas is personable, listens to what you would like and delivers just that. My hair remained straight like I wanted and I was extremely pleased. Never going to anyone else but Dallas from now on.

When I tell you…no one has done a better color job on me until Dallas! I’m still in front of the salon writing this. That’s how good it is. I fell asleep to him humming to the music and when I woke up, my hair was a foolishly beautiful chocolate brown without the brassiness I have always struggled with before.
