I recently transitioned from relaxed hair to natural hair. I received my first natural blowout from Natalie. She explained the process step by step and she even recommended products that I can use at home. She provided a fun, clean, and most importantly private atmosphere. She offered complimentary beverages and snacks so that I could enjoy while I was being serviced. When she finished my hair, I couldn't believe the results. I loved my hair! Thank you Natalie for your professionalism, fun atmospher, and knowledge. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Natalie was awesome. We were here on a visit and she accommodated our schedule. My 17 year old son wanted dreads/twist and we could could not find a place at home. Natalie the owner was super professional and explained what she was doing the whole time. She explained how to care for his hair afterwards. She got me a cup of coffee while I waited I would highly recommend Empress!

Such an experience each time my daughter and I visit Empress Mi! Ms. Natalie is always extremely professional and very knowledgeable about hair care. My hair is at its healthiest; and my daughter’s braids are always neat and long lasting. Refreshments and music are always a nice touch too.

This is the best wax I've ever gotten. Natalie took me as a walk-in at the last minute when another salon owner in the building was a no-show for our appointment. She made me coffee and was a total delight to chat with. I will definitely be back.

This was my second waxing I’ve ever gotten, & it was the best experience! My first wax was else where and was very painful & felt rushed. Here I did not get that same feeling, and I barley felt a thing ! I will be coming here from now on! Oh Yea , ladies get the oil that you apply after! It is BOMB & will have your skin super smooth!

Natalie is the only person I go to for my Brazilian waxes! She does an amazing job and the environment is always clean and relaxed😊 Also 10/10 recommend her exfoliating body scrub!
