I don’t usually curl my hair like this, so it was something new for me and I was a little nervous at first, but he was incredibly gentle and made it look so natural. We chatted the entire time, and he made the hour fly by. You truly have a gem on your team

I had the most wonderful experience at Blo Blow Dry Bar in New Orleans! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness, setting the tone for an exceptional visit. Alan is truly a gem—his servant-hearted approach was evident in everything he did. Not only did he welcome me with a genuine smile, but he also seamlessly stepped in to assist as my stylist was making her way in that morning. He moved effortlessly throughout the space, helping where needed, ensuring everything ran smoothly, and creating an atmosphere of professionalism and care. I even watched him work on another client’s blowout, and it was absolutely stunning! Olivia, my stylist, was equally fantastic. She nailed my blowout and styled my hair exactly as I envisioned—flawless and on point! Her talent and attention to detail were truly impressive. Beyond these two incredible individuals, the entire team radiated positivity and seemed genuinely happy to be there. That kind of energy makes all the difference—it made me feel valued and well cared for as a client. This was an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend Blo Blow Dry Bar in New Orleans to anyone looking for top-notch service and an amazing team!

I had a horrible experience with their staff/receptionist. I m visiting New Orleans and called earlier today to inquire about an appointment. They told me they have availability for tomorrow morning, I explained that I fly back tomorrow but I will take it. The lady on the phone said to let them know if I can't make it. I called them back (same day, within a few hours) to let them know that I can't make it and their receptionist said that they will charge me $25 because they have a 24 hour cancelation policy which I should be aware of. Mind you, this policy wasn't cited when I called earlier today. When I questioned it, she said to call their owner and gave me a new phone number. I called that number and was directed to a voicemail for their store. I checked my bank account and they charged me the $25. I have been a Blo customer for over 3 years and have never been talked down to or treated this way before. The staff in other locations are extremely respectful and that's part of why I always look for a blo dry bar whenever I travel. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I guess the reviews here are accurate about how bad the customer service is.

PSA DO NOT COME HERE. Had an important event and refused to take my friend because her hair is curly??? This is their job? They are also extremely rude. Just save your time and go somewhere else

I sent my wife there to give it a try & OH MY GOSH! I mean the results are freaking awesome. The hair & makeup by Cameron is wonderful.

The friendly stylist were amazing. Store was decorated for Taylor Swift concert. It added so much fun to the experience!!

I needed an updo for a wedding and they did an amazing job - in under an hour! My stylist Candice was so kind and lovey and made my hair look gorgeous! I got compliments all night. They were easy to book with and wonderful every step of the way. 10/10 recommend!
