My hair is nothing like what I requested to be done am this is because I went twice in a week the first hair stylist couldn’t give me the v cut nor could she add layers to my hair because she claimed she only did normal hair cuts an then so I asked anyways if she could cut some of my hair because it was making me depressed how much dead hair I had on my ends plus how tangled my hair continuously keeps getting so she cut some of it off. She made it into this used style, which I’ve always had an extreme cut with a lot of layers in my hair, which I was fine with because I just needed something cut because the hairdresser that said that she would cut my hair if I came back in maximum amount of days, which was later that week claimed how she could cut my hair into an extreme V cut which it is not that my hair looks like it has a flat cut. It has no volume no layers. She claimed that if she put a lot of layers in my hair that it would look like a mullet my hair looks like a mullet anyways just due to the way that my hair has been cut. There’s not a lot of layers. She spent over an hour or about an hour, cutting my hair, just for it to look like a mosh of mess. I’m completely disappointed. I was trying to be very humble about being OK with whatever haircut I got and for the fact that neither Hair stylist could give me what I was wanting with my hair on top of trying to tell me what my hair couldn’t not handle after I’ve gotten the same haircut repeatedly for years. I literally wanted to cry, and I still do because I don’t understand why it is so hard to add multiple layers to my hair. My hair used to be right above my butt, and now it is close to shoulder length with which that’s nothing that I wanted. I wanted layers and extreme cut that would add layers to my hair along with giving me a face frame and that seems to have been completely impossible. I have posted pictures of my hair along with photos that I googled of extreme V cut along with layers and someone with long hair. My hair used to be that long and they’ve cut it to be the short and in the way that it looks now with the money that I paid to go both times I could’ve just gone somewhere else and paid one time and got exactly what I wanted.Probably for even less than what I spent going both times jist to be this disappointed ! Also, my hair is not naturally straight. It has become straight giving the weight of my hair because it has grown out. My hair is naturally wavy like in some of the pictures that I googled and so that’s what I was wanting, and the way that they’ve cut my hair when I washed it it didn’t even come out like what it used to on top of when I went in to get my haircut for the second time my hair was damp so that way she Could Cut it with it being a little bit damn but instead she went to blow dried it dry even though I paid for a dry cut I washed my own hair so that she could get something done without having to actually do it but instead, these are the results that I get and that’s cause I asked her to cut More off and she still didn’t even cut a lot off and the ways that I wanted either…..as much as I have gotten my haircut with the time that it took to cut my hair. I expected a lot more to be done to it and I just feel like the results say a lot.

We took my Granddaughter Penelope their to get her 1st haircut. Penelope had a wonderful experience she had a fabulous time. Madison gave amazing Customer Service she was so friendly and helpful. Penelope loved her hair style. Her brother Grayson was happy they gave him a drink and a cookie.

Love love love this salon! I’ve had some disastrous results with other salons/stylists in the past which made me apprehensive to try coloring my hair again. All of those reservations went out the window when Madison worked her magic on my hair! I’ve seen her about three times now and this last time was my absolute favorite result. Asked for a bit of pink to make my blonde feel more fun and she made a wonderful recommendation to add it underneath. Needless to say I am in love and will probably continue this coloring style for quite a while! I highly recommend this salon, each and every stylist is outstanding and really listens!

Tiffany is an amazing stylist! I almost didn’t want to give her a shout out because I want to keep her all to myself! I have been seeing her for over two years now and I am always in love with what she has been able to create. She is a very talented stylist.

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Kay. From the start, the appointment felt rushed and the attitude came off as rude and unprofessional. My concerns weren’t really listened to, and I didn’t feel comfortable speaking up during the service.
