Bloom nbtx Salon

Communication is key, right? I am visiting Texas from Indiana for the winter. In December, I had my first visit. I enjoyed my visit and my stylist did a nice job. Since I have short pixie style hair, I returned in January and then scheduled another visit in February. My appointment in February got changed 2 times due to the stylist leaving the salon for a different job. I went today for my rescheduled appointment and the stylist asked how I would like my hair done and when I started explaining with photos that I had on my phone, she looked at me with a blank stare and then told me that NO ONE in the salon is able to a short pixie style cut including herself. Why wasn’t I notified of this in the past??? I was stunned, shocked which later turned into anger. I could not believe that my time had been wasted. I still can not believe that this happened.

I have been using Bloom as my hair salon for 2 years now! In the past, I would jump around to different hairstylists and never found what I wanted/would leave very unsatisfied and upset. Then I switched to Bloom NBTX and it has helped my hair health + confidence SO much! I truly trust all of the ladies there and always have their customers’ best interests in mind. 🤍 Another thing to highlight is they will always tell you their honest opinion (if you ask) and will not give you false advice/sway you in a more ‘expensive’ direction. They are all sweet, professional, talented, and so fun to be around! I am never switching!!! Haircut was done by Haley. I have had years of haircuts from Arlene, and also service from Mackenzie, they are all amazing and consistent. I’m so thankful I found them🥰

I just had my hair done by Haley at Bloom and frankly I’m obsessed. This is the best balayage I’ve had done in the area and she absolutely understood the assignment. We set up a consultation ahead of time so she could get her eyes (and hands!) on my hair. It helped immensely being able to talk it through beforehand then pause to be sure it was what I wanted. During the actual service, she (and everyone else!) made me feel right at home. I loved the vibe there. Everyone was so real. I will def be going back to Haley time and time again.

Book with Mackenzie! Came in for a trim and she did an outstanding job! I have naturally curly hair and I’m so happy with my hair cut! From the time I stepped foot into the salon till the time I cashed out was a spectacular experience. All of the products she used on me made my hair feel so healthy, shiny and smell so good! Don’t forget to buy the fly away stick to take the baby hairs.

Had such a great experience with Ariana today! She’s so attentive to your wants and needs while also offering her professional expertise to make sure you look and feel your best when you leave her chair. I trust her with my hair FOR LIFE! I love the way my hair looks. Salon is upbeat and the other girls working there are so friendly and fun. It’s clear that they have a great working relationship with one another.

Ariana is absolutely AMAZING!! Thank you for the amazing job you did putting in my hair extensions! I absolutely love them!! 💕 Literally made me cry when I seen how beautiful they are! Thanks again!!💕

Just got a haircut at this Salon for the first time and Abby did such an amazing job! Definitely will be back. Such a cute Salon! 10/10 recommend
