I came in today with the most boring flat hair and left with the most beautiful layers and bangs!! Ashley left my hair so soft and exactly how i wanted it! Everyone loved my hair and just had to send them her page so they can book too. Thank you so much for making me feel beautiful Ashley!

I don’t usually leave one star reviews but honestly for anyone who needs a stylist who truly understands what you’re asking for please consider other options. I got a haircut and a balayage with Ashley. The cut wasn’t what I wanted exactly but I didn’t mention it because it was not a big deal. The color was my main priority, I explained what I wanted (placement, varying highlights, more highlights at the bottom, etc…) I don’t know what happened and why but I ended up with hair darker than what I started with (pic on the right after, pic on the left before). I had already explained to Ashley that I had gone through so much with my hair to get it to the brightness and condition it was at, and still my hair got messed up. Ashley gave me suggestions on what we can do, but none of it would give me what I actually wanted and so I asked for a refund. She adamantly refused to do so and when I sat there and told her I wouldn’t leave until she did she threatened to call the cops because I was being "disrespectful". At first I didn’t even ask for a refund, I just asked for a better discount and I would’ve settled for that, but she refused. I would’ve loved to handle this differently, but I think Ashley not only wasn’t able to give me what I wanted, she was unable to understand what I needed. Personal feelings aside, if you need someone who listens and can give you the hair you actually want, I suggest looking elsewhere. Edit: I am removing my photos because I don’t like having my photos on the internet and the screenshot text is enough. The response to this review proves my point further. The screenshot shows exactly what I asked for. I did not ask for a level 8 hair color. Clarifying shampoo would not fix the placement either ( I asked for more highlights). I’ve been going to Ashley for over 10 years, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! Their skill, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. I have curly hair and I don’t trust many people to cut my hair but Ashley never disappoints!! My hair has never been so healthy since I started coming to her and has grown so much in a short amount of time! I recommend her to anyone in the LA area looking for a good and inexpensive haircut <3

I can’t thank Ashley enough! After another stylist left me with uneven bleach patches 2 years ago I came in feeling so discouraged but she completely saved my hair. Not only did she fix the color beautifully, but she also took the time to explain everything and made sure my hair stayed healthy through the process. Fast forward to two years later. Here I am still. You can tell she really cares about her clients and knows what she’s doing. I walk out feeling confident again. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a true professional, especially for color correction!

Haven’t had a haircut in years and Ashley did such an amazing job! Loving the long layers and bangs. My hair feels so healthy after this cut! Not to mention that she’s super sweet and we had a conversation going the entire time.

I was long overdue for a haircut but didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg for a haircut. I was in search for a hairstylist that offer a dry cut that will allow me to stay within my budget. I’m so incredibly happy that I found Ashley. She was attentive, easygoing and welcoming. I asked for layers and she did a wonderful job. My hair felt lighter and she even curled it for me after. Definitely will be coming back for my next cut.
