This is the worst place I have ever gone to. I clearly told her I wanted balayage and showed her reference photos. I also asked her multiple times if she could do it, and she kept saying yes. She touched my roots, which should not happen with balayage, and my roots turned gold/orange. She then put toner on it, but the color came out patchy and uneven, with two different shades. When I pointed it out, she blamed it on the lighting, which was not true. On top of that, she cut my long hair very short and uneven, completely damaging my hair. I had to go to a different salon to fix both the color she damaged and the haircut she did. When I complained, she said it was New Year and she needed money, which was extremely unprofessional. She offered to refund only half of my money — absolutely not. After damaging my hair this badly, she should have refunded the full amount. I have never written a bad review before, but people deserve to know about this place. Please see the photos below. Sarai is great! She listens to what you want and the final product is stunning! Look at my before and after. I did want most of my damaged hair cut.

I was recommended to this salon by a friend, that said their treatments were the best and long lasting which was something I was looking for. My hair was not in the best condition and I was very insecure about my hair going into the salon. Walking into the salon I was greeted by Samantha (Front desk) and was offered something to drink which I found was very accommodating. My stylist was Arlene she sat me down and started giving me recommendations of what treatment options would be the best for my hair, we decided on a moisture treatment to hydrate my hair. Which came out even better than what I had imagined . After the treatment I asked for a blow out which left my hair looking flawless which I really enjoyed. My experience with Arlene (stylist) and Halo Salon & Spa was very good I will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good hair treatment.

Absolutely love coming here. Mali has been doing my hair for a year now and I’ve had growth and healthier hair since. Highly recommend them for all your hair needs including event styling.

I had a great experience at this salon. Mali took really good care of me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She was attentive, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about what she was doing. She listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that, with a lot of care and attention to detail. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend asking for Mali if you come here. I’ll be returning for future appointments.

Normally, I don’t write reviews, but this experience was so horrible I had to. I came in for a perm today as a new client, and it was an absolute nightmare. The stylist gave me a short consult about my hair history I was very transparent, told her I had bleached my hair about a year or/and a half ago, and even showed her the semi-permanent pigment shampoo I was using. She had me sign a waiver stating any damages wouldn’t be their responsibility, but the only explanation she gave was "because you have previous bleach underneath." During the appointment, she NEVER once mentioned my hair was being fried or that there was damage happening. Only after washing did she finally acknowledge that my hair was completely destroyed brittle, fried, and literally breaking off. When I asked about the damage, she casually admitted more of my hair was ruined than expected and brushed it off with, "we can cut it, that’s probably where you had bleach." As a hairstylist, it is their responsibility to give expert advice and look out for the health of their client’s hair. Had I been told upfront that my hair was at risk of being completely fried off, I NEVER would have gone through with this service. Instead, I walked out with my hair ruined, my confidence crushed, and no real accountability from the salon. Do NOT come here. These people do not care about the integrity of your hair or giving you honest, professional guidance. Worst salon experience I’ve ever had.
