Great Clips

I’ve been coming to this location for 18 years. Tammy is my favorite and most reliable stylist. That’s how long I’ve got my hair cut and my daughter’s haircut done by her. she trained her staff to be just as good. I love the advance check in system so I know my place in line and don’t have to wait in the lobby long time. I can come to the salon knowing when I’m up next.

Unfair to say at heck in that I can use digital coupon and then dont ask for it or dont educate the client when it cannot cannot be used. Ended up laying full vaue. Didnt like it at all.

I got a women's haircut with Natalia (I think) and requested some face framing sections up front with long layers in the back. When asked, I said to please take off the dead ends as well. I take really good care of my hair and previously, with 3 years between trims, I only had 3/4" of dead ends. The appointment appeared to go well, but when I got home, I discovered that I had a whole chunk of hair in the back that was at least 2" longer than the rest. Additionally, the rest of the hair looked like something was wrong, but I couldn't put my finger on it. The next day I went to another salon, where we discovered that the hair was also cut in a diagonal line across the bottom and the long layers I had requested were nonexistent. My hair grows really slowly, and I have been growing it out for the past 4 years in preparation for getting married, so you can imagine my anger when I tallied it up at the end and found that a total of *at least* 3" had been cut off the full length of my hair, first at Great Clips, and then during the damage control appointment the next day. My wedding is next week and my hair feels so short. I will not be going back.

Been trying to find the RIGHT person to cut my hair. I walked in and show the stylist a picture of the cut that I want. A WONDERFUL stylist "Marie" said I got you. I was more then impressed with her work. I finally found the RIGHT person "Marie" to cut my hair. Please keep her at this location. Thank you Marie 😊

The hairdresser did a fantastic job and she was very polite and courteous
