Called a month in advance to have my son’s hair styled before senior photos on a Saturday. Got the time I needed and everything. Get a text 2 weeks before that my appointment has been changed to the Thursday before. When I tried to reschedule on the app to the Saturday it says it is all booked. I canceled and will be taking my business to a different salon.

Faith has been extremely unfair with her previous staff. I received a call offering discounts in May when discounts were never offered my whole time going there. I now recently received another voice message from faith saying that her previous staff was overcharging clients and mentioned that they didn’t take care of the business and the people and offering me credit saying that is why they are no longer there. Also, for Faith to have her daughter (Sharz a) write a review on her own business to bash on them as well is completely absurd! All I witnessed that her staff ever did was go based on her prices and how she wanted to proceed with certain things for her salon. The staff Faith had did nothing but take good care of her business when she was hardly ever there. They saw potential in themselves and decided to take their own path. Instead of supporting them for someone being in the business for a long time all she’s doing is interfering with their careers. Clients will go where they want to go and who they want to go with just like I will do. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL for the owner to do this.
