I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Unfortunately, both of my appointments with Long were disappointing. At my first visit, I booked for medium-length hair but was told mine was considered long. Instead of moving on, he repeatedly brought it up, which made the appointment uncomfortable. Among with other comments that I didn’t particularly liked. I decided not to leave a review then, hoping it was just a one-off experience. Later, I accidentally booked with him again since his name didn’t appear when scheduling. I politely asked to cancel and even offered to pay a no-show fee, but he still charged the full service price—even though no service was provided—and there was even an option to tip (even though I had only booked the appointment 24 hours earlier, and the no-show fee is meant to cover lost time from another potential client. My appointment was a last minute Appointment) The front desk staff were kind and apologetic.

We saw Long today, and he by far gave my daughter the best haircut ever. Since she’s little we’ve been taking her to the mall, and they butchered it. He totally saved her hair, and was able to add so much body and make her hair look so much fuller. Can’t say enough on how great of a cut he gave her.

Long Pham did a wonderful job on my hair. I asked for a cut that would make my thinning hair appear thicker. He paid close attention and understood what I needed. He took his time and a d did beautiful work. By the way, the profile picture is not me. This may have been the best hair cut I have ever had. Highly recommended.

I get my hair done at Do Crew every other month. Long Pham does an amazing job on my hair every time! Not looking to go anywhere else.

I had a great experience here. The parking lot was large but mostly full. The front door is a little tucked away. The front was welcoming, and it was pretty clean. I met with Nichole and she was the best. She really took time and invested in my hair. She did an initial look over and talked with me about achieving what kind of look I wanted. She did a wash and recommended products and style techniques for me. She gave me a dry cut for my curly hair after and styled it for me. I so appreciated her.

Paula saved the day! I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Paula for 7 years. I got impatient this time cause she's so far booked out (no wonder of course, she's awesome!) and I wanted my hair cut sooner. I received that haircut elsewhere and I was not at all happy with it. After my cry for help, Paula ushered me in immediately and fixed it - can't say I'll ever do that again. Paula it is. Period!

Had my first cut/style with Long. VERY HAPPY took a photo he did exactly what I wanted. Really takes his time to check and double check his work. Highly recommend. Will be using other services offered as well. Update 9/2024 I decided to try a Brazilian Blowout. Long did an excellent job. Just had my second one. So happy with it. My hair feels great. Long talked me through the process and most importantly how to care for it. Highly recommend Long Pham
