I left feeling like "wow, someone who finally knows how to work with my hair and texture" even after going to every curly hair salon in the twin cities. I came across this place when needing a last second haircut, I was unable to find a place that was able to get me in. She fit me in and I’m so happy because this will be my new go to salon!

The owner is really nice and experienced. She talked to me about my hair and what I need to do to take care of it at home. The prices are amazing and can’t be found anywhere. I had a cut and a deep conditioning for a really reasonable price. I was sent here by a friend and will be going back again and sending everyone I know from now on.

Tigi is a lovely person to talk to and a very skilled stylist. I lucked out that she is so close by!

Tigi always does a great job. She is thorough and cuts hair the way you want it. Best to make an appointment, she's popular and has a lot of clients so walk-ins might have to wait a little bit.

I always get my hair done here, they made my prom hair and makeup and everyone loved it. When ever i want to die my hair i go to Universal because they know how and what to use considering your hair type. So my hair doesn't get damaged. Very experienced, nice people and good price. I highly reccomend this place. I got my curls back:)
