Lisa Marie did an amazing color correction and balayage on my hair. Not only was she able to fix my hair and make it look great but it’s still healthy and soft. A relief after a poor experience at another salon. She’s very talented and was very thoughtful and put a lot of effort into thinking through what would work for my situation. The salon is chill and has a great vibe too. Easy to find and easy parking.

I am not from the Minneapolis area but I needed to find someone who could work some magic to my hair before a wedding. I’ve always been scared to go to someone different than my normal stylist, but I wasn’t going to be home anytime soon. I came across Paper Salon and read all of the reviews on Lisa-Marie and WOW! Her work is remarkable! She turned my hair into something amazing! From brassy/orange hair to dark/moody hair! I’ve never gone this dark before but Lisa-Marie was so confident and is very talented! She is very personable and very professional, just how a stylist should be! She makes magic when you sit in her chair! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to book an appointment with her for all of your hair needs; ASAP! 🙂

Everyone at this salon is really nice and welcoming! Love love love the vibe. 🌱 Tasha does very unique technique called hair dusting. This technique removes split ends without sacrificing the length. It’s super helpful if you’re trying to grow your hair out but your hair is prone to split ends. It’s included in their price of haircut, you just need to ask for it. I highly recommend Tasha and this salon!

I have followed Laura through multiple locations now. She is by far the best stylist I have ever had. The quality of her work is unmatched and when I come in with no idea what to do, she will talk me through ideas and makes sure it always fits my lifestyle. She will make product recommendations when I ask but is never pushy. The atmosphere of the salon is also wonderful. The bright natural light and all the plants are always welcoming.

I could make it easy and just say I LOVE PAPER SALON but I also love to yap and give credit where due. Paper Salon is wonderful in that they also do good things for the community on top of having some really talented stylists working there. Shelley Rae has been getting my hair right for years, I can't even remember how long it has been but she always has helped me feel and look my best. Always a pleasure to be in her chair. She is creative and wonderful and invested in learning to care for different hair types. As a person who works in healthcare with vulnerable elderly folks, I appreciate how the salon encourages continued safety protocols. I am so appreciative of the thoughtfulness of the staff there, in that regard. The salon is bright and airy, a clean and relaxed atmosphere as well as being tastefully decorated. They also compost! If you're not able to see Shelley, please book an appointment with Sarah, Laura, Tasha, and Lys. They are all amazing. Support local and women-owned businesses that do great things for the community. 💕

I got a shag cut with Lys and it is everything I could have hoped for and more! It truly transformed my hair into something I’m happy and comfortable in and it’s probably the best haircut I’ve personally ever revived. I think I spent around 80$ with the tip, it was definitely worth it! Thank you!!!

I love this salon! I was in need of a spot closer to home and got so lucky when I found Paper. It's such a great neighborhood spot. My stylist Lys has consistently given me amazing cuts. I really appreciate that they take the time to ask a lot of questions about my preferences and make sure I'm getting a cut I will love. And I do! Five stars for sure.
