I am so upset by the terrible and unprofessional haircut I received today. I knew exactly what I wanted- a trim with jagged layers- I came prepared with a picture- she barely looked at the pic and clearly didn’t listen- I left with a terrible flat bob like haircut. I hate straight hair that was nice and long - this should have been and easy cut. I’m 6 months pregnant and just wanted to feel good in pics with friends. So sad. I wish I could turn back time. Will never go back. Edit - ewww she emailed me security footage of me leaving the salon in response to this. So weird. So weird

I just had my first appointment there the other day. My stylist was Tanya Wyatt, and she was amazing! Very professional, did a great consultation and helped me decide what to do when I wasn’t sure. I got a fantastic cut and color, the best I’ve gotten in years. The salon is clean and beautiful, they were on time, and even were able to fit me in last minute (I made the appointment at like 8pm the night before online). I can’t say enough good things about Tanya and the salon, and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Don’t know about other stylists in there, but definitely not going back to Becca. I came for a root retouch and the colour turned out fantastic at first, so i was very happy. But only two weeks later all the grey roots were showing again. She didn’t do a good job covering them at all! Also when blow drying my hair, she was extremely awkward and didn’t look like she knew what she was doing. My hair is only shoulder length, so blow drying it is not a difficult task for a professional. Whether or not it was just a fluke and she was having a bad day or simply lack of skill, I am not leaving my money there again.

I’ve been looking for a hair stylist for years and today I found her! Jamie thank you so much! Everyone loves the cut and color, specially me! See you soon for the touch up and Brazilian blowout.

Wish I would have found this place sooner! I’m never 100% happy with any haircuts I get, and I usually say it’s great and sit in my car and cry. This was definitely not the case today. I booked with Trae after having this salon recommended to me and read the online reviews. I usually have a photo with me, but I just told them what I wanted and showed them uneven parts of my hair that I wasn’t sure could be fixed, but hoped maybe it could at least look better than it currently did. They knew exactly what I was saying and did exactly what I had envisioned in my head. They even asked and made sure that I was ok with the amount of length I asked to get cut off, which I was like wow, no one has ever double checked with me to make sure I wouldn’t regret cutting off a few inches before. It’s a simple question, but I have to say I really appreciated them making sure that I was sure. The conversation was great and didn’t seem like a strained or awkward one that usually happens when I’m getting my hair done. Anyways, to make this very long winded review a little shorter, I walked out with an amazing haircut that I felt confident with and looks incredible and definitely did not sit in my car and cry! Thank you Trae!

Tanya made my whole year! Every detail from online booking to easy payment- and every creative, beautiful, professional moment in between - was an absolute treat!! She is a gifted and careful artist and I could not be happier or feel more gorgeous and taken care of!! Thank you!!

Amazing,.simply amazing! I made a 3 am appointment online because I had a wedding that weekend and received the color of my dreams! You know when you walk in with pictures and there is no way you will get that result. We know it ladies, it is a dream, but Trae nailed it! He didn't shame me for my box dye job ( I live in Northern MN, give me a break😂) and managed to provide the exact color in the pictures. You, Trae, are an artist with a gift!
