Emma has been blessing my hair for about 13 year, Emma is an amazing person ,she's professional, she is very concerned about healthy hair , she is very honest, Emma will offer suggestions on hairstyles that would be better suited for your hair type. I always leave her chair feeling so good about my hair and the experience.

I booked an appointment at it was $39 just to book 130 for some braids which is ridiculous. She accepted my appointment and waited until the night before to call me when I was at work so I couldn’t answer. Long story short she moved locations without updating the location on google or without changing her shop pictures on booksy. She then proceeded to tell me to cancel so she could get a free $40. Very inappropriate and very sad she’s trying to get over on people. They will no longer answer my calls and I had to file a dispute with my bank. I have pictures I can post proving that you’re not telling the truth. I was a loyal customer and you’re a business owner, it’s $40. I ordered a package from Amazon and it was a day late and they gave me a full $100 refund I’m not sure if you know how business works here but that’s false advertisement and you should be more understanding.

Emma does a great job! I have fine hair and she has always handled it with care! She’s very efficient and is such an amazing woman!!
