I got my hair cut my Dio and it was absolutely amazing! I have had many experiences where a hair dresser cuts off way too much hair and I was really hesitant, but Dio really took the time to understand what I wanted and show me how much he was cutting. I am so happy with my hair cut, it is truly exactly what I wanted. Aside from the haircut, Dio was super kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back here.

I got one of the BEST haircuts from Delphine! She was absolutely wonderful. I have super long hair and I don’t trust many people to cut it. She did such a good job layering and taking weight off!!! Now my hairs texture is showing and looks so much better!

Overall Ugo is a pretty decent place, I've been coming for years. HOWEVER, Julie gave me the worst haircut I've ever had in my entire life, it looks like my hair was cut with gardening shears. Truly atrocious, it's so sad, i refuse to even wear my hair down. They have offered to fix it but i'm to afraid to even go back. Update to add a picture of the atrocity. Should file a lawsuit for emotional damage.

I am so happy with my hair. After highlighting my hair for 15 years, I’ve wanted to transition to a dimensional brown that still feels natural. I have very dark brown (almost black) hair and was looking for something subtle — just enough depth and dimension to enhance my natural color without losing its richness. Chris completely understood what I was looking for and achieved exactly that by toning my existing highlights and blending everything with some face framing highlights. The color is natural, dimensional, and enhances my hair perfectly.

Lucas did an amazing job cutting my daughter’s hair and spent time on blow out. Super gentle with kids and very nice. Thank you for putting a smile on my girls face.

I went today for the 1st time and loved it! I also took my mom with me. We both had haircut with special conditioning treatment and style. I requested to Evan my hair, face framing layers and rounded cut for my fine curly hair. Dio did an amazing job! I absolutely fell in love with my hair. He gave me some tips and tricks on how to style my hair for more volume at the top. John did my moms hair and it also came out fabulous. My mom was super happy with the results! I highly recommend both of them. I appreciate that they took the time to ask us how we normally wear our hair, what we like and don’t like because it’s very important to know your clientele. Also cappuccino was delicious. If you are looking for a high quality salon with good products go to Ugo Di Roma you will not be disappointed. Ask for Dio or John. You will love your hair ❤️❤️❤️
