Pam is the BEST! From the moment I walked in, I felt so valued thanks to her incredible customer service. She came prepared with a clear plan for my hair and executed it beautifully. I was in and out in under 2 hours—which blew my mind because I’m used to appointments taking way longer. Pam is efficient, talented, and truly respects her clients’ time. One of my favorite touches? The foot massager during the wash—it made the whole experience feel luxurious. She also sells amazing hair products, and I was able to buy my hair dye from her to touch up my roots at home. She gave it to me in the cutest bag, filled with extra goodies! Pam came highly recommended, and now I know why. She just gained a lifetime client in me!

Pam is absolutely amazing!! I came in absolutely hating my hair and embarrassed of what had been previously done to it. Before beginning anything, she took the time to walk me through what would be possible and her recommendations. She made me feel comfortable and at ease with what she would be doing. I've been going to Pam for more than 5 years now. I've done a lot of color to my hair, and she has always done a fantastic job! When you book a appointment with her, it's like hanging out with a long time friend. She's a warm person who genuinely cares about you and your hair. Time goes by so fast while there. Her attention to detail is definitely a big reason why I first went to her and one of the reasons I will always go to her. The love really shows through your hair! I also love that she teaches you how to style your hair and she shows you what products she uses! She is a Gem and I highly highly recommend her!
