I went in on Wednesday 11/26 /2025 for an appt & I was assigned to ''Marisela or Marcella'' my appt was for a hair dye, haircut & blow-dry & I requested for my haircut to be long layered aka butterfly haircut I even showed examples from photos and videos online to her however my haircut DID NOT turn out as expected. she chopped all my hair off and I got charged a service of $165!!! I am not pleased with the outcome and I want a full refund!!!!

I had a 12:00 PM haircut appointment scheduled with "Maria," which we confirmed over the phone. I drove all the way from Coral Way and sat in the salon for 30 minutes while staff were chatting. It wasn’t until I asked them to call her that they realized she had completely forgotten about my appointment. I rearranged my day, dropped off my daughter, and showed up at the time she requested — only for her not to show up and not even offer a courtesy call. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time. They just lost a customer.

Beyond great. 5 star experience from the moment I called and spoke to Angie which was so sweet and prompt to the day of my appointment with Nancy the Blonde hair Goddess that transformed my damaged hair and exceeded my expectations with her talent, kindness and professionalism. The owner Carlos is so sweet and genuine. I immediately trusted these people once I walked in. I recommend with my eyes closed.

Leonela, is the first hair stylist to understand my hair and get the haircut I've always wanted to perfection! She dedicates time to getting it right and I highly recommend her!

This is not my regular salon but my stylist was unavailable and I had an important picture to take so I took a chance. Very very pleasantly surprised. I like my hair straight and Luz did an amazing job. She wa courteous, not overly chatty, after all day on the phone at work I am joy my quiet space but most of all she did a fantastic job. Also worth mentioning was the young lady in the reception desk, very sorry I did not get her name but she was also super good at her job and made me feel very welcomed. Overall they both made me a repeat customer as my back up.

We made last-minute appointments here and my stylist, Irene, was great! I wanted some fun peekaboo pink highlights and she did a wonderful job even though I was accidentally scheduled just for a hair cut. Friendly and professional, and I love my cut and color! Also, prices are extremely reasonable. Unfortunately, I no longer live in Miami, but I'll be back for sure when I come home to visit!

I had an amazing time here! Everyone is so nice and ready to help. It was my first time here and I wanted a hair cut, I had Irene as my hair stylist and I couldn't have asked for a better person, heard what I wanted and it came out perfect she also recommended what to do next which I will!! Finally found the place where they will take care of my hair, I have never left a review but this time I had to.
