First want to start off that I don’t generally post very much. However, I am so impressed with not only how my hair color, cut, and style came out but the customer service that I received from Vanessa. Vanessa turned my hair from drabby looking busy working mom of 2 young kids (3 and 5) into such a sleek and stylish look. I was looking to blend my ever growing white hair and tone down the orangey brass from an old highlight I got 4 months ago and she spent so much time thinking about my needs as a mom who travels frequently for work and what I could do to maintain a little bit of glamour in my crazy chaotic life. 100% recommend Vanessa for every color, cut, style, and life issue you need!

Best hair salon in Miami! I have worn a pixie cut for most of my life and it’s very difficult to find a hair stylist who has the knowledge and skill to do a great one. Gio is absolutely the best and I’m so fortunate to have found him. Avant Garde is just a great salon. The vibe is amazing, the staff friendly and everyone treats you like a queen. I have been going there for 4 years and absolutely love it. Based on the service the provide, the salon and its location I consider their prices to be reasonable. Highly recommend it!

Marcus is an amazing and experienced stylist. Today I had my hair roots colored and a wash and blow dry. From the time you walk into the salon you feel a sense of peace. The beautiful decorated space is pleasant to sit and get pampered.

He explained everything clearly and honestly, and guided me toward what would look best based on my natural hair base color, hair condition, skin tone, and what was needed for my hair to thrive. Rafael had to fix my hair through a full color correction balayage, haircut, and hair treatment, and his expertise truly shows. He knew exactly what to do to restore balance, dimension, and health to my hair, and the end result is absolutely beautiful. The color is soft, natural, and perfectly blended, and the cut has incredible movement. What meant so much to me is that Rafael was welcoming and kind, and never once made me feel judged about the previous color I came in with. Instead, he made me feel comfortable, confident, and excited about the process. That alone made the experience so much better. What impressed me most is that my hair still looks amazing even after washing it and letting it air-dry, which speaks volumes about the quality of his work. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and caring, and you can tell he genuinely wants the best outcome for his clients. Loved my experience with Yuli Lorena. I changed my tone to a chocolate brunette and it turned out exactly how I wanted. She really listened, was super professional, and the result looks natural and healthy. Would definitely go back and recommend her

Just what I needed before heading off to an interview. Andrea knew just how to cut my hair to keep it healthy, fresh, while maintaining length. She was so helpful with tips to keep my hair healthy and effortlessly styled which is key as I am someone who prefers wash and wear hair. The atmosphere is fun and festive particularly now around the holidays. Lots of positive energy and relaxing hair wash. I will definitely be back.
