I went to have my hair done by heaven and she took me from black box dye to sunset realness. She took the time to understand my hair and made sure keep in mind my hair health overall. She was so sweet and made me feel so beautiful. She’s amazing 1000/10 recommend my hair has never looked better and I’ve received so many compliments. Thanks heaven you rock!

I had an amazing experience with my stylist Rochelle. She highlighted my hair and styled it. My hair came out beautiful and I am very pleased with it. My mom got her toes done by Jessica and she also did a great job. The finger nail polish lasted a long time. Thank y'all for everything. I will definitely be coming back. Katherine

Wonderful staff and attentive service! I haven't been disappointed or dissatisfied during my visits, and I've always walked out feeling fabulous. Dan did an amazing job with my nails and gave me exactly what I wanted for my college graduation. Tori has done my hair, but I can't find a photo to post. She was very lovely and kind. She also gave me the exact haircut and style I wanted.

Amazing hair transformation experience with Heaven as always. Shes the best at coloring hair. Shes always thoughtful and considerate. 11/10 would recommend!

Washed my hair and not fully dry still wet but so freaking expensive I was so mad when I go home hate it why I have to be nice? Poor consumer service not worth going there I really miss my people😡

My hair stylist Gail is great. Never does a bad cut. And she is very personable. I recommend her highly.

Overall service was good. But went to pay using a gift card and they said they could not acknowledge the gift card because it was over a year old and gift cards expire after a year. Personally, I feel like that is extremely unfair to claim gift cards can expire after a year if unused. My friend spent that money with this establishment for me to use in hopes i would have a good experience regardless of WHEN I wanted to use it. I feel like my time and money were wasted. My friend told me they did not state anything about gift cards expiring when she purchased it. Hopefully this company is more clear with customers about their gift card policy before selling them to people. Or better yet, not have such a silly policy to begin with. Personally, I will not be returning.
