I had gonna back twice Theses 2 time we’re alright . And this was my third time going i wanted To dye my hair for a long time and I didn’t know where to go so I went there because the other 2 time I went I liked how the did my. Hair and on. My third time. Going I wanted. to get a balayage hair dye and this is what I got They charged me $150 for this When they were donde i didn’t said nothing because I’m not that type of person makes problems

Took my two girls to get haircuts for the $12 student event and it ended up being $109. Linda charged us $50 to blow dry a 12 year olds hair and Andrea charged us $35 for a 10 year old hair. I never asked them to wash their hair and blow dry it. Linda whispered, "I'm going to blow dry her hair." She didnt say anything about a charge. Andrea just took it upon herself to do so. I could have bought a blow dryer and blow dried their hair for a hell of a lot cheaper than what they charge. The manager ended up refunding me $35 but i had to act like a Karen to get it. Needless to say, I didn't tip. So save yourself the hidden charges and just go to supercuts.

Wish I could give this salon no star at all. Charge $45 for a haircut but mess up big time. Cut a chunk of my hair so close to my scalp, didn’t even let me know of the mistake and apologize. I found out my hair was cut a chunk so short to my scalp when I get home. Very disappointed and upset! Will never go back.

I went to go get my highlights done and I asked the hairstylist guy if he is able to do the hair highlights I wanted or similar. I even showed hi a picture of the the color I wanted. I was there for 5 hours and when the hair was done it was horrible. I tried to explain to him this isn’t what I wanted but he insisted that it was what i wanted. He completely ignored me and just gave me a discount cause I didn’t like it. He never asked me to fix the hair. And another worker told him that he had done a great job! And I told her I wasn’t happy with my hair but nobody offered me another option which was to fix it. I felt like it was very unprofessional of them and I’m not happy with what they did because I had to pay the total price for a terrible job. I will never get my hair done here and I don’t recommend this place. I felt like I waisted my time trying to tell them what I wanted, they could’ve just told me they weren’t able to do it and I could’ve saved myself my time and money .

Expensive for just a simplest male haircut. It took around 10 minutes, and they charged me $25. Other places keep from $15-$20. Also I asked for a price chart, but they didn't show me. Rather they were asking me about the type of service I want, then they will inform the price verbally. I was mainly asking that for my friends so that I can inform them. I would strongly suggest them to keep different services and their prices to make clearly visible. That should be placed in the cashier front service in bigger, so that customers can decide about services they will request, after seeing the prices.

Went in today (03.08.25) to get help with my extremely matted/tangled hair that was caused from back to back depressive episodes. Was able to get helped right away. Original cost was $80 but it took so long that they charged me $100. It was pricey but needed to be done. I had 3 stylists work on my hair, but Candice was the main one. Very professional in her service and would highly recommend. I'm sure she was just as tired and annoyed as the rest of her coworkers, but it did not show in her tone of voice. She took my allergies into consideration and was the most gentle throughout the detangling process. I appreciate employees like this because I have ASD, MDD, and GAD, which causes most people to become rude or impatient with me and in turn makes me very stressed out. I will be coming back next paycheck to tip her since my tip had to be used to cover the price increase. I am very grateful for her service, it made a significant difference in my mood and I hope to use her again for normal hair maintenance!
