UN.RAVEL salon + spa

I had a massage in February by Nancy Estrada and it was excellent. She knew how to work deep tissue and work out the knots. Her hands were very strong, she didn't lighten pressure like most do. When I have in my budget and schedule and go back, I'll be requesting her again. It was my first time in that shop and it is cute, imI really liked the old style furniture.

The hair she’s did on me is nice it was js not what I wanted. It looked nothing like the picture. Also when she was wasn’t my hair she was washing it very ruffly and it hurt really bad after. When I told her I have been losing more hair recently.there was a lot of hair coming out after the wash.also she gave me layers when I specifically said I wanted my hair to look the same length. And also one side of my hair is blonder than the other. There is curtain spots on my hair that look like js a glob of blonde.i also told her to trim my hair Bairly like less then a half of an inch. She cut like two inches off. As soon as i got home i also lost a lot of hair.she only colored my top of my head but left the bottom of my hair the same color. And the picture was of a girl with blonde all the way down but is not at the top. My hair looked the exact same after. But the girl was nice and the place was nice it was js that. She js gave highlights and that is the exact opposite of what I asked for.

I had a wonderful first time visit. I had a pedicure with Mackenzie and she was wonderful! Very fun lovely person. I enjoyed the pedicure very much. The spa is very beautiful inside, feels refreshing and airy. They have a lot of jewelry, hair products and accessories, candles and beautiful gift options inside as well. I highly recommend if you want to feel relaxed and at home at a salon/spa.

Had a massage by Nancy and it was amazing. She was courteous and kind. She worked out some knots in my back. I definitely will be back.

I just received an excellent massage from Nancy! I've been going to a place in Fresno for the last year, as I didn't realize there were comparable services in Merced. I was thrilled to find that Nancy was fantastic and could help me with areas my prior massage therapist didn't notice. I'm excited to have regular bodywork closer to home and of higher quality. I also love that I can book services online.

I'm in the national guard and really needed to get my nails shortened. My sister scheduled an appointment over the phone for us. We drive out from Los Baños (1 hr drive) and were so excited. Space is so beautiful and we sit down, the girl looks at my nails and looks at me. Says they don't do acrylic, I say that's fine just remove the fill and I'll be fine with gel. She says she can't because there's not enough time? It's 70 mins before they close. She said removing the fill counts as 1 service and the actual manicure is separate. Bare in mind, I have to guide the conversation. She isn't freely explaining anything to me. I had to ask all the right questions to get answers from the worker or else I would've sat in more awkward silence. They didn't offer us any credit or any apology or any rescheduling. We told them it took us an hour to get to our appointment and they didn't care. Gave 2 stars for the space. O for the service.

Wonderful first time experience today at UN.Ravel salon!!! I got a pedicure and then spent 30 minutes shopping afterwards. It was such a vibe. If you’re looking for a place to do it all (facials, pedicures, nails, hair..) this is YOUR place!!
