She puts so much care and attention into her work: my appointment was scheduled for 30 mins, but she spent almost an hour making sure my hair was perfect. I especially recommend this salon if you have Asian hair, since not every stylist truly knows how to work with it. I’ve recommended her to several of my guy friends as well, and every one of their haircuts has turned out great! The price is very affordable for the level of care and precision she gives. (Especially if you’re a college student!) She’s so warm and funny, and I always enjoy hearing stories about her kids. I would trust her with my first born, but I think she’s done with babies. My hair was sooooo dry and flat before the haircut. It feels extremely healthy and bouncy after. Highly recommend! Such an amazing haircut not only due to price but about the quality. It was exactly how I wanted and she triple checked her results to make sure the layers fell how she wanted them to. A very pleasant and quick experience!

Super sweet family. She listens to you and is very attentive. If you do have sensitive scalp, just let her know that you don't want the razor and she will accommodate for you. Second time here and she did a fabulous job again!

Good place to have a haircut, the lady is very polite and considerate. The price for men’s haircut is 14, which is good amount for a decent haircut.

Cut my hair too short, showed her photos and everything and she said she got it , but now that I look at the haircut again, she just messed it up. I was growing out my hair for more than a year, and she was also in a rush because she had other clients (although I had an appointment) , but that’s not my problem. Anyways, the cut is not extremely bad , it’s just not what I wanted and I know the price is low, but the reviews here just don’t reflect the truth. She is just good for basic , very short male cuts (like the super super standard ones, but those I feel like many can do, nothing crazy) Thanks

Wonderful hair salon! She is very consistent, never has a bad day. Price beats all other places. Family is super sweet, everyone is very welcoming.

It’s not fancy and you’re not gonna be pampered. So on your way stop by and get a latte with the money that you’re going to save getting the best haircut in Memphis. This place is a GEM! Myelin Is not only a fantastic barber, but one of the best people you will ever meet. I’m so glad I found this place. I’ve had the best haircuts I’ve ever had, and I look forward to spending time with someone who is like a sister, a mother, and a friend to just about everybody that walks in the door. It is cash, only, so be warned. You will not be disappointed
