I had an appointment with Emma. I would NOT recommend getting your hair done by her. She is a beautiful person and easy to talk to, but not so much with hair and professionalism. We talked about what I wanted and had a picture as inspiration. I wanted some gray coverage and blending to help reduce the appearance of new growth grays. She literally highlighted only the top of my head. Nothing underneath. My cut was nothing like I wanted in the picture. I asked her to take a second look a couple days later since my hair looked awful. She said "Yes maam" and then ghosted me every time I messaged her after. If you want someone professional and willing to fix mistakes if made- then avoid this place!! I had to go somewhere else and pay to get it all fixed. The place that did fix it could NOT believe a professional did what she did to my hair and charged me what she did. Very disappointed in her.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Mrs. Pam! She did my hair extensions, and made it super easy for me since it was my first time ever getting them. I’m a natural redhead, so finding a hair color match in hand tied extensions was a little tricky considering a lot of hair companies didn’t have my color. She searched for a perfect match for me that fit my price range and she exceeded my expectations. I am in LOVE with my hair. She’s so sweet and kind, and I can’t wait to come back to her to get some thicker ones and for my move up!!

I’d recently relocated to McKinney and was looking for a good hairstylist. I happened to schedule a hair service with Pam and got so lucky!! She did a full highlight deluxe service for me and I loved it. Pam is just AMAZING!! I highly recommend her.

I had a truly disappointing experience at All About U Salon, and I feel compelled to share my story. As a first-time client, I was excited to treat myself to a hair transformation I hadn’t had in a long time, especially after becoming a mom. I had very specific requests for brown highlights that would blend with my natural black hair. I provided inspiration pictures, photos of my current hair, and even asked for a quote before my appointment. The owner quoted me $200, which made me feel comfortable and eager for the appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted nicely, and everything seemed promising. I clearly communicated that I did not want blonde highlights or anything brassy, and that I wanted a low-maintenance color that would naturally blend with my black hair. She said she was good at all sorts of hair because she was has been doing hair for 14 years. Unfortunately, things quickly took a turn for the worse when my stylist began working on my hair. Instead of the brown highlights I requested, I ended up with blonde choppy streaks. She assured me it was a "beautiful caramel," and then said I could barely see the true color because the lighting in the salon was poor. I wanted to check outside, but it was raining, so I was unable to get a good look. To my surprise, when it was time to pay, my stylist initially quoted me $325. After hearing that the owner had quoted me $200, she lowered the price to $280, claiming that all highlights at the salon start at $295. I left the salon, thinking everything would be fine. However, when I got home, I saw the full extent of the damage: brassy highlights and, worst of all, bleach spots in the back of my head. It was honestly shocking that the stylist allowed me to leave like this. There was a complete lack of care and professionalism. In a panic, I went to a different salon near my home to have the mess fixed before returning to work. I hate leaving bad reviews so I reached out to the owner to see if he could offer a partial refund or at least some form of compensation, but he refused to engage with me after I told him I already got my hair fixed and stopped responding to my messages entirely. I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of integrity and the overall poor experience at All About U Salon. I thought I was getting a professional service, but instead, I ended up with a botched job and no support from the owner when things went wrong. I will not be returning, and I would caution anyone considering this salon to think twice.

Loving the partial baby highlight deluxe that Pam Bradbury did. I have been dying my hair really dark brown for years but am 95% white. It's time to stop with the dark brown, but I was quite anxious about what could be done. Pam was super professional and talked me through options. I love how well this color is blending in with my roots. I am also loving my new face frame cut. Super happy with the results!!!!

I had my hair highlighted and cut with Pam B the other day. I never leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to this time. She did a fantastic job! She took her time, which I appreciated, and my hair turned out beautiful. She also doubled as my therapist for the afternoon:) Thank you so much Pam. You have a loyal customer here!

Pam is just AMAZING!! Each time I go to her I feel like a million bucks when I leave.The conversations are always pleasant and professional. This time I went for "All over color" and I just loved the final look. Finding a good stylist is hard, but when you find one you become very loyal! I will only go somewhere else if she leaves.
