Beauty Avenue Salon McAllen Tx

I've been going to Beauty Avenue for almost two years now. Gabby is the best!. She always makes me feel welcome and is very meticulous on how she cuts hair and considers how her clients feel. If your not feeling it she'll fix it. It's hard finding a good stylist that knows what they are doing and are kind and your not just another customer for them. I would recommend this place to anyone. And it's affordable too.

I can't Express how thankful I am for this place! I was incredibly impressed with the owners policy to do a consultation before an appointment! Especially if your coming on with messed up hair! Alicia is a great manager for having this in place!I went in with orange and yellow highlights that some stylists did and came out with an amazing brown! Thank you for the fixing my hair and making me normal again!

First time customer. July 29,2017 Employees are friendly and honest. It's good to have an honest hairstyles. Daniella did an awesome job on my hair! My hair came out absolutely amazing. I needed a year worth of hair makeover lol. All the girls are awesome. Hard working girls. Looks like they love what they do. You don't see that in many hair salons. Thank you Daniella. I'll be returning.

I moved here last month from New York, leaving the same hair stylist I've had for 16 years. Needless to say I was very nervous and apprehensive about finding somewhere new. My search started and ended with Alicia. She knows her stuff. I left with an amazing color and fresh silky locks- without the $200 bill most other salons are charging.

Lack of communication. I just wanted to make a appointment for Friday because it was my only day off and payday. I contacted them through messenger on Wednesday and they told me that there was a available spot that same day at 10:30am but I told them I was work didn’t respond back. I got out at 4pm that day and called to see if there was availability for Friday they told me they had slots open with gabby and that she would contact me. Never did. Until that same night I had sent out another message never responded until the next morning on Thursday that they had a spot available but it was short notice but I had to work that’s why I was asking for a Friday. They left me on read and never responded so I grew tired trying to set up an appointment to just cut my hair. They do a good job but the lack of communication disappointed me.

Gabby cuts my hair exactly how i want it every time! All of the hairstylists are very experienced and this is the first salon that i have felt very welcomed at. Highly recommend!
